Multilayer panels in 2007 were considered unfamiliar material, the cat wept. We found sensible information before starting work, a little embarrassed. But the architect of the developer has already drafted a project for heat-efficient blocks, the team has long taken an advance. By the way, they paid a lot: 17 thousand per square meter (foundation, roof, windows were taken into account). They wanted to get along with ordinary workers, but then-fashioned profiles turned out to have so many vagaries that they had to fork out.

Now there are no regrets, only delight. They lived in a dozen houses, but for the first time they felt real comfort only here. These panels are quite a bit inferior to brick. They keep the heat wonderful. In winter, minus above 30, we (all frozen) walk barefoot, wear bathrobes. In summer, the material admirably supports fresh air.

Choosing possible options for building materials before building a house, I heard quite good opinions of people about heat-efficient blocks. After, I already studied the characteristics with reviews in more detail and came to the conclusion that I will build a house from them. Very bribed: the ability to quickly erect a building, the lack of the need to finish external walls, lightness, environmental friendliness and an acceptable cost of material. Despite the fact that it was possible to choose the desired option of "appearance" at home.

Among the positive characteristics of heat-efficient units, I want to highlight their ability to keep warm in winter, and to give coolness in summer. I confirm this with my own experience of use, since my family has already wintered and spent the summer in the house. The manufacturer guarantees a long service life of the material, they also promised that the outer layer will not fade over the years. Well, we’ll check it, we live in the house only for the second year.
