I was very sorry that I contacted this company. I ordered a door to St. Petersburg, I got the manager Valery Troshin. November 16, 2018 she was in the store, chose the door, asked how long to wait for delivery and installation. Valery assured me that the model I had chosen was in stock, they could deliver in 3 days, and they would also agree on installation in a couple of days.
My repair was not completed at that time, I immediately said that the door should be installed in early December and asked if they would be able to deliver it before the new year, even offered to pay on the spot right away and agree on the installation in advance for early December. Valery said that this is not necessary and everything will be in order, to call him in early December, they will put a door for me before the new year.
On December 7, 2018, I called Valery, said that the repair was completed and I needed a door. And it began ... I called Valery almost every day, asked me to send a bill for payment, since without payment he could not start to agree on the delivery of the installation. Each time Valery told me that he was engaged in my order right now and that by the evening he would send an invoice, didn’t send it, the next day I called again, asked to send an invoice again, again Valery “was engaged in my order right now” and didn’t send an invoice again.
As a result, I received the invoice for payment only on December 19.Naturally, no one delivered the door to me 2 weeks before the new year, Valery fed me with promises to deal with my order, but every morning, calling him, I only heard "I did not have time yesterday, there were a lot of cases."
In January, the story continued. Every day, several times a day, I called Valery with a request to appoint me a date for the delivery and installation of the door, every day he promised to do everything and call me in the evening.
Not once, not once !!! Valery did not call me back as promised. At some points, he generally stopped picking up the phone for several days. As a result, by January 11, 2019, with daily calls, I made sure that they brought me a door, but not the trims that I ordered brought to the door. A few more days were spent on their return and exchange for the ones I needed. Naturally, Valery didn’t agree on the installation, he promised to schedule the installation for January 15th, but as usual "I didn’t have time to deal with your order, there were a lot of cases."
As a result, I was tired of waiting and living the second month without a door to the bathroom, on January 17, 2019 I called Valery and demanded a refund for the installation, since I couldn’t wait any longer, and, lo and behold, after half an hour, a free master was found by accident, who already January 18 may come and set me the door.
Apparently Valery was afraid that if he would make a refund, then his superiors would be interested in the reason for the return.
As for the quality of the door - I didn’t really expect anything at all at that price, of course the door cover is not perfect, with small bubbles. But even such a door is better than for 2 months every time you go to the toilet, to inform everyone who is in the apartment so that they do not accidentally enter.
If the leadership of the Dors Profile reads reviews, I ask you to write your contacts in response to my review, as managers stubbornly refuse to give them. They gave only the number of some Oleg Olegovich, who, according to managers, is managing. Having listened to my complaints, he said that he would understand the situation and would call me on January 15 until 16:00, but he did not call and did not pick up the phone again. I suspect that this is just one of the managers who covers the rest.
