Sofia turned to the door salon because:
1. This is a Russian company, and as you know, a domestic manufacturer must be supported.
2. A fairly large company that has been on the market for more than a year and has a good reputation.
3. Interesting product design.
At first, everything was going well. Contacted the salon, which is located in St. Petersburg, at the address: st. Student, 10, shopping center "Lanskoy".
Made an order, concluded a contract and made an advance payment. The contract clearly stated what the delivery and manufacturing time was.
When the deadline came, no one called us and said nothing. After a week, we call the salon ourselves and it turns out that our doors are still in the factory and when the manager arrived they couldn’t say.
As a result of this, all our repairs simply got up, because all stages of the construction were planned in advance and the slightest deviation caused a shift in all terms.
A day later, after a delay of a week, we were informed that our entire order will come, and we need to deposit the remaining money.
On Monday, in the morning, we paid.
But after making the payment (and we at that time paid 100% of the amount), the manager calls me and informs me that they didn’t deliver one canvas for some reason and it is now in production! Why, when on Monday morning they called me and said that everything had come, come and pay, did not report this information? Wasn’t it known? Or the car with the goods stood unloaded from the weekend? It smacks of some kind of [censorship] action.
At the moment, I still haven’t been informed when the canvas will come and when we can close this issue.
I strongly do not recommend this company if you have clear deadlines and you do not want to shift them, because the company can easily let you down and even not warn about a hitch!
Addition to the recall of 12/05/2019:
Yesterday, 04/04/2019, a master came to us to install the doors and during the installation it turned out that they had not brought us ANY KNOB !!! And also not all the hinges were delivered! How so? Why, when the order was delivered to us, the picker didn’t put the whole order and said nothing to anyone?
When I called the office to find out the situation, it turned out that the office was not up to date, and they were just starting to deal with the situation! Why is this not coordinated work of company employees? Why should we suffer because of someone’s negligence! We fulfilled our obligations, payment of the order on time!
We have already closed our eyes to the fact that the missing canvas will be delivered to us only in a week, but again we will have to wait for the master, who will again work with us for half a day because it will be necessary to cut the pens.
Definitely do not recommend this company!
We make repairs from scratch in the apartment and we turn to a lot of organizations and companies, and so no company has let us down as much as Sophia.
Definitely dislike!
