Unfortunately, my choice fell on the Volkhovets door, by the way, not the most budget ones. Purchased in the salon on Nakhimovsky Prospekt d 24.st1 Pav. 4 Stand 20 Order No. 25.53735 dated 5.01.19. They delighted me no more than 3 months, until in a separate bathroom, where there was no shower and therefore humidity, a small section of the box was swollen outside, below (photo), which made it impossible to close it. I called the salon and sent them pictures of the defect. Calmly, awaiting replacement, I received a waiver with the wording - "exposure to moisture." . I tried to contact the customer service, but I did not receive a response. Specialists were not assigned to inspect the defect. Dear customers, refrain from buying short-lived doors of this company, I do not recommend their unobtrusive service. Borisov Ivan

For the third month now, they can’t put one single door on us. Already a cool start, right? Immediately makes it clear what to expect from the company ??
I’m horrified to think what would happen if we ordered all the doors from them.

And so a short story:

In the office, everyone is cute, friendly, licks you, everything is fine.

It was the turn of measurement. A smart uncle arrived, heaped with clever words that I don’t need. I am a girl - I need to be beautiful. My mission ends with payment and this phrase, men should act further.
As it turned out, at first the measurer misunderstood, although it is much clearer "it is necessary that everything is beautiful." They made a door, the installer arrived and it turned out that the measurer did not hear me at all, that it was beautiful. Both have left.

The surveyor seemed to understand everything, for a month he did the extra work so that foam and concrete were not visible from our wall (but now I know what the extra ones are). But the installer, having arrived for the second time, said that this again was not enough. They brought some more, alleluia. Here it is beauty in my hands .... yes, yes, yes, it has not stopped ... I really wanted to scream .....

But .... this is bad luck .... the handle of the new door is in contact with the first entrance! Tadam !!! I think this is a victory !!!!

Total: three months of waiting, two days lost completely, because you are sitting with the installer and looking in his mouth. And still we were guilty according to the company.

The story is not over yet, we will still fight for the beauty in our house! So, friends, I’m not going to advise you very much. Highly. I really expect that the company management will hear us and just eventually put us this door at their own expense.

On June 5, we ordered 2 doors in the cabin at Kashirsky Dvor 1 (Moscow, Kashirskoye Shosse, Building 19, Building 1.4, Floor 14), order No. 560, Contract No. MK00-000560 dated June 5, 2018. Now is September 27th, the doors have not been installed.

Doors have already been brought to us 2 times and each time defective, it’s just awful how can it be, is there really no quality department at the plant that has to check the proper quality of the goods.

Now we have to wait again for 2 months until new doors are released and it is not a fact that they will not be defective again. Information from the cabin must be removed with ticks, they do not want to inform on their own.

And this is only the first 2 doors to the dignity. the knot, which were necessary in the first place, and we need 5 more, with such deadlines it was time to order them yesterday, we are shocked and do not know what to do. There is no desire to order from Volkhovets with such an attitude, but I wanted everything in one style. The best solution for us is a refund, but the salon assures that it didn’t violate anything, because they fit on time, and this is just a marriage.

DO NOT CONTACT WOLVOVETS, THE FACTORY IS NOT ABLE TO PRODUCE QUALITY GOODS. I am silent about the deadlines, you will wait for your doors for an infinitely long time and overdue all the possible repair deadlines, and this is a big cost, spoiled nerves and mood.

Interior doors. Unhappy with the work of the salon. Door delivery was planned for 06/02/18. Detained, moved to 02/18/18. Only on 02.20.18 they called and said that they were delaying delivery again, they would call next week. Manager Olga is silent like a fish, she can’t explain anything plainly. Very upset, this violates plans and speaks of poor-quality work of the salon and an incomprehensible attitude towards customers. I ask the salon’s management to organize the work and really look forward to seeing you correct and the doors will finally come.

They didn’t even call, they just received a formal reply in the mail. There is no guarantee, they will refuse, they will not, they will refuse anyway, and not everyone will go to court. I think so: you need to buy a practical thing once, so that you don’t regret and overpay later. A friend recently whined about her doors in which the corners had been torn for half a year. what for it is necessary! On the construction market, I did not find anything sensible, only some dull consumer goods, only time was lost. The doors were found as a result of the advice: several different advisers from different cities advised the doors of the Volkhovets brand, such as the Russian brand, has long established itself in the market.

He took the door made of wood. White color. At the door I liked the quality of design and execution, everything is top notch, not China and not a scoop, I advise you to take a closer look. I didn’t find anything better. And there are plenty of salons in Russia, in almost every city.

When the doors drove in, I was afraid that they wouldn’t report anything, in this case everything went wrong, the guys from the service delivered everything intact, the assembly had to wait several days, but it was worth it, with the updated doors in the apartment it became noticeably lighter! in short, I will now advise this company to everyone.

On New Year's Eve, doors were ordered that were delivered and received without opening the package, which was written in the acceptance certificate. Official installers from the company, when opening the box, found a marriage (chip on the door).

I draw your attention to the fact that the doors around the perimeter are packed in polystyrene, at the corners there are additional plastic corners on the polystyrene. Neither these plastic coals nor polystyrene were damaged. Chipped was on the corner of one of the doors, which we refused to put. Opening the boxes was carried out by the installers themselves, who discovered the marriage. It turns out that we were brought a defective door, which was well packed. This is how you get it, manufacturers ?!
