I ordered the front door in Kaliningrad. The staff is incompetent, talking on the phone with the client, clarifies and resolves issues with him, talking about the client in the third person (she called, she said), which is not permissible not just in the service sector, but according to elementary standards of etiquette. They put the door. A vertical hole between the platband and the wall of 1.5 cm. I did not notice in a timely manner, I hurried, I went on vacation the next day. Two weeks later, upon arrival, upon seeing this fact was in a state of shock. The company believes that such a turn of events is normal and does not see a problem.
She ordered apertures, platbands in order to make the corridor ennobled, had a decent view, and as a result got a hole in the wall. Conversations with company representatives, installers do not give a result.The answer is they told you, you were warned, your walls are crooked, you could not do otherwise. With all this, I called the measurer from the company, they widened the opening for the ordered door, holes could be avoided, but did not consider it necessary to strain. They really spoke about the stucco that had fallen off, and I said that I would smear it and paint it over, but I didn’t see the holes on the right side with platbands, and I think no one would like it to appear. I took a photo after installation, sent it to my parents, holes are not visible on it. Unfortunately, it did not survive.
And if you look directly at the door, then really it is not noticeable. But on the side is a disaster. Bottom line - my corridor after installing the door requires repairs, which I did not plan to do before. The documents of the company mentioned that the doors are installed after the repair is done. In fact, do the repair, then they will put the door on you and then invest in the repair again. And this is considered normal for them. I will not contact the company anymore
