I want to leave you a negative review about this company! We ordered doors at Estet! Very nice staff, we were satisfied with the service and the price! We ordered a door hidden for painting! They waited a long time, but we were ready for this! As a result, the repair was delayed and the doors were in stock! They were delivered to us later! When it was necessary to install them, they said to wait a month for installation! They hired another master, since there was no way to wait! He came, but in the kit there were no loops for 7500! What naturally we were told, you took! And how can I even understand what is where, if I do not understand this! Where would I loop these things? And what should I lie to? As a result, there was a disgusting feeling from the company, since the doors were not cheap anyway, so we had to buy the hinges ourselves!
The story goes on: in the cabin do not say the article of loops! Now they demand that we look for loops, since they could not get lost! I am shocked by this organization! The client is always right, and in this company they are doing everything to prove that we are fools! I have not encountered this! As a result, we have this door, the money thrown out! I regret that Volkhovets did not order both doors, but decided to turn to Estet (((now we are suffering! Disgusting service can not be said otherwise ((

Good afternoon, I don’t want to discourage you from buying doors to Estet, because the doors are well made for their price, but that’s not the catch. I'll start in order. A month ago, they received the long-awaited doors and they have problems with delivery, Estet has delivery on certain days and they choose the time and pay for it another 2,500 rubles in a place with a lift. Of course we were not warned about this, but not about this speech.

After 100% payment of doors and accessories, we were told that the master will contact you after 2 days after delivery, but they didn’t call us in a week, well, okay, this is not a problem either, but this is the problem. A week after installation, the door creaked and the handle loosened. I call the installation masters, they said they were busy during the week, they promised to phone and come back, a week later I would call again, which again they tell me that the masters are busy, they will definitely come and eliminate within a week.

A week later, I began to directly call Estet already and figure out why their masters were overturning me (a small clarification: Estet has no masters, they are all hired, they warned us about this) what their management told me, namely Sergey, that with they do not cooperate with this company, that we ourselves hired them and that now deal with them ourselves.

When asked where the masters who installed the doors were from, our Contacts couldn’t answer, and if they don’t want to correct the shortcomings, I’m sure there’s no longer any guarantee for these doors, but how will they behave after 2 months, through the floor years, no one knows.

The manager Alexander from the ESTET store who is in kashirka Constructor shopping center helped to select the doors and my wife and I made an order and chose 3 paintings with complete sets, but with the exception of the additional ones, we didn’t know their sizes and agreed with the manager that we would move to the next a day and provide all the information on dobro (fix and remember this moment), he said that you will wait 1 month and after installation, the order was on the 15-20th of June, after 1 month we bring all 3 canvases - right there the jamb is one of the canvases were not right, and he had to rezakazyvat and wait again a month, and we agree to install at least 2 doors that arrived, the installation team arrives and finds that the same add-ons are not in the order, and for the sake of them we came to the shopping center to provide this information (wrote above about the add-ons) , the installation team left and said there is no point in installing doors because there are no extras.

I had to call the manager and say this situation, I re-ordered the apprentices, the masters arrived, installed 2 doors, it seems like the negative began to subside and we began to wait for the 3rd canvas and its installation.

After a long time, on the 1st of August, the third leaf was brought to us and we were waiting for the installer, arriving on August 6, the installer installs the third door and discovers that there are no platbands for this third door.

He installed the third door but naturally did not finish his work completely, the next day I call the manager and inform him about his next jamb and again he says sorry, excuse me, etc., and we re-order these trims that say you have to wait 10 days.

Honestly, the impression of the company is terrible, the service is zero, I sincerely hope that the quality of the doors is normal - but I can check it with time.

Instead of spending 2 days - 1 on delivery and 2nd on installation, I already spent a lot of time.

During this time, 3 different deliveries, 3 different teams of installers came to me and again I just have to wait for the 4th time to wait for the delivery of the platbands, and the 4th time the installation wizard.

This is a total of 8 different visits to my home - and each time I needed to take time off from work and go home for these operations, and once again I have to. The general impression of horror is that I don’t advise anyone considering the fact that for 3 doors with installation we spent 95,000-100,000 thousand rubles in total and we thought that such a company should have a decent service.

During the overhaul, we came up with the replacement of doors. The old ones were no good. I went with my husband to a construction hypermarket, but nothing attracted there. Then they found the Estet door salon in our city via the Internet. Viewed the catalog. I must say that there are lots of offers.

We decided to go to a real salon. To consider everything. Touch and choose live, so to speak. Together with the seller we looked around a dozen models. It so happened that having us did not suit either.But in the catalog of custom doors we liked the Sirius Wave model with bronze-colored glass. Left an order, for our three rubles it was necessary 6 pieces of doors. They promised to fulfill the order and bring it in two weeks.

For two days they warned about the delivery and that there will be installers immediately. The manufactured doors were even better than in the photo catalog. Very nice texture of the material. Glass just looks incredibly beautiful. Platbands neat, smooth, flat. The guys did the installation neatly and quickly.

They did it in a day. We use the doors for a little over a month. No problems opening and closing. There are no creaks or sagging doors. Everything is of high quality and accurate, so it’s easy to use, and looking at them is very pleasant every day.

About Estete speak well. Now I can write that I liked everything. Our order was prepared as promised, we were not late with the deadlines, the price did not increase during manufacture and after it, the installation masters did great work, they neatly set everything up, they delivered everything right away, they had enough, they didn’t delay the installation.

I ordered doors 15 pcs. in the representative office of the company of Anapa, contract No. 3 dated 04/16/2019, No. 4 dated 04/17/2019. Doors arrived on time, but without handles. Pens waited another 10 days.

During the installation, it turned out that the platbands of different shades had to be assembled like a puzzle. The company’s measurer incorrectly measured, the extension had to be increased from 2 parts. Platbands for a door-book worth more than 70 000 r - defective, non-glued film.

Turning to the managers on 02.07.2019, she asked to speed up the elimination of the marriage, as the finishing work stopped, they don’t sign a gas connection without a door to the kitchen, we cannot enter the house. Today is 07/12/2019, I'm waiting .... There is no production control at the plant, long elimination of factory shortcomings.

I ordered an interior roto door, worth over 50k rubles. set at the time specified in the contract (up to 25 calendar days), but when the installers arrived, it turned out that the platbands were brought to me in a different size and in this situation they would not be able to mount the door.

It took the company 4 days to figure out which side the error was on - it turned out that the manufacturer had delivered the wrong product. New platbands will be made approximately in a period of 12 calendar days.

At the same time, the operator dealing with complaints complained that it was my fault that I did not check the delivery for completeness and compliance with what I ordered. mind you, neither the logisticians, nor the warehouse employees, nor anyone on the part of the company is to blame, but it’s my fault that I did not check it at the time of acceptance. I am not a professional builder, I am an ordinary layman who don’t understand the difference between platbands and extras (and most importantly I don’t have to understand), my duty is to pay the bill on time.

As a result, this door is idle, with the inability to install, interferes with the repair. The company did not want to admit its mistake, apologize, and also compensate me for my inconvenience. I am very worried about the final installation result, because the level of service support for this company is minimal.

The fact that due to irresponsibility the client incurs losses of little interest, answer with prepared phrases - do not like it - go to court.

Now we are preparing a class action lawsuit with lawyers. To all victims of the action of this company I propose to join!
