In July 2019, I ordered 5 doors in the Dorian office on Volokolamskoye Shosse, the delivery time was delayed by one week (the doors arrived in early October) and this is not the worst. Everything else started later, after delivery, after 3-4 installers from the same company came, when unpacking all five doors, all door frames were damaged (chips, dents, paint defects) as a result of transportation. At the same time, the installers said that my doorways do not fit under these doors, although initially, before ordering the doors, measurers from the same company came to measure them with a laser tape measure. The door frames and one door were taken for restoration and while they were being restored I expanded the doorways in the apartment with the repair. Two weeks later, the restored door frames and the door were brought in, the installers arrived, installed 4 doors, and the fifth door frame was again damaged and the installers tried to cover it with paint using a brush. When asked what it is, they replied that it was my child who was injured, although in reality he did not. It was just another cant of Dorian, and in particular the reclamation department. The door frame was again taken for restoration and brought back in a week, but it wasn’t there, when unpacking, the paint defect again (garbage got in). The impression was that the master restorer was simply IMBICIL, who paints and does not look afterwards what he did. As a result, on November 15, 1919 a restored door frame was brought to me already 4 times and today it was installed on November 19, 1919, but again not without a jamb (in the area of the door hinge, a piece of paint was torn off during installation). Why all this treatise, and to the fact that having paid 305,000 thousand rubles for the door, you get such hemorrhoids. The Dorian company and its employees do not give a damn about you exactly from the moment when they received the money for the order, and then what will happen next does not bother anyone. Therefore, think 100 times before ordering doors to this company.

The doors are excellent, not a single chip or scratch, they were afraid of the doors in the bathroom, they thought that they would swell, but fortunately they were like new. It was reckless to order the doors of doriano on Lenin Avenue on April 25a, April 5, 2018, the doors had to wait three months instead of the promised one and a half, referring to the fact that there were few orders and the car did not often go to the factory.

Some of the doors were brought not by the ones that I ordered, I had to bicker for a long time, unreasonably asked to pay, though later they returned the surcharge.While there was no installation, I can not say anything about product quality

The door office of Dariano in Samark is disgusting! Since March, we can’t install 4 doors! Managers are extremely incompetent! They lie constantly. Delivery times are not fulfilled !!! 3 times they changed the cost of the contract, because they forgot to calculate the required number of backlogs and cashing. Customers are not informed at all !!! They call only when you need to pay money !!! The installer extorts money for a taxi; installation prices are 40% higher than the market. The selling price in Samara is very high for such doors (wrapping more than 200% apparently). I took doors to other rooms in another company: price, quality, super customer approach !!!

Friends recommended me to Dariano and I did not regret that I ordered these doors. Sophia also looked at the doors, but they bite the price very much, and the service is disgusting, the manager followed me with an arrogant look, apparently she did not really want to sell the doors. Volkhovets also watched, but they did not fit me in design.

In Dariano, the choice is huge, my eyes widened first. I chose the door Chicago in natural veneer, I was lucky this door was not on order. Therefore, I did not have to wait long.
I liked everything in quality, it’s immediately obvious that the doors are not empty. The truth was set for a long time, 2 days. But in such a case it is better not to rush.

I hope the doors last a long time. So far, everyone is very happy

6 doors set 4 months !!! Doors came with a marriage in the original packaging !!! Is it just nonsense, is it openly thumping or do they have squint ??? Under the warranty case, the door does not open, installers travel more than 4 weeks! Never take the door from them, my advice to you.

The door was brought almost at the agreed date and time. But with the installation it turned out very badly. The installation was expected for three weeks, we heard nothing but the words "we will call you back", after three weeks the installers promised to come and install the door, but no one arrived on the appointed day. As a result, they installed the door themselves, because they were tired of waiting. Unfortunately, the mechanism works very "tightly", to open the door you need to make a lot of effort. It’s unfortunate that I have not read reviews about this company before. The service is the worst that we have met in Moscow in recent years. And this is in crisis.

There are many opinions, so I want to tell you about my experience in using Dariano doors, I was looking for unique doors so that they immediately caught my eye on the design. When they saw the Dariano lineup on the site, it immediately became clear what exactly they were.

It was possible to determine the door model only the third time, the cost came out a little more than originally expected, but in my opinion they are completely worth it.

Doors were made for 4 weeks, delivered on time. Installation was a little problematic, but competent on-site installers resolved all the problems.
Doors a little more than a year, nothing led and did not deteriorate. The coating is perfect, the doors themselves look gorgeous. Everyone who comes to our home for the first time always gives a compliment in favor of these doors.

I recommend that I like my doors, high-quality linens, glass is good, solid, they do not let light through.

Back in 2012, I ordered 4 Domino doors from the door factory of Dariano. The doors arrived on time, in terms of quality they completely arranged me, they look solidly and it is clear that this is not cheap. Only there is one but ... 1 of them was defective.

He began to unpack and found that on one door there is a chip on the front side, plus the glass was cracked. All this business was under a factory film and during acceptance I simply did not have the opportunity to see these shortcomings. I called the company and they began to feed me breakfast. It seems to be for the factory it will cost a penny, but there is no need to arrange a headache for customers. The strangest thing is that they did not even bother to come and look at this door.

It’s a lot of money and it’s a shame that they’re doing this, the door has not been changed, so I don’t advise contacting Dariano, they are not fair to us.
