Do not mess with Verda and their doors. It’s better to buy any branded doors if you don’t want to get on your nerves. My wife and I decided to save money and were very sorry about it. We ordered the doors Verda "Lyon DG 01" of the TC "Lublin Field" (order 1033 from 05/12/2018 c), where we were promised the delivery of doors within 3 weeks and installation the next day, but in fact they delivered more than 3 months and still have not installed because brought other boxes and platbands, as well as dobors of a different color.
For a long time, we did not buy furniture after repairs in anticipation of Verd's doors, we often called and heard “We will bring it back or call back”, but did not bring anything or call back. Absolutely irresponsible company and the employees who work in it, no one wants to be held responsible, the complaint department works through its sleeves, they don’t track negative reviews, apparently they don’t give a damn about them.
A separate complaint to the manager Andrei, who works in the Lublin Field shopping center, he offered us telescopic platbands (installed without nails), and they brought ordinary ones. The canvas goes beyond the edges of the box (the door is thicker than the recess). Sheer upset.
Minuses
Violation of terms of delivery and assembly. Reassortment of components. Irresponsible work of employees.
