Neman ND-1 took it for New Year's discounts. The site was fascinated by its simplicity, looked after the model to fit your needs, came to the office to inspect everything alive, everything worked out, picked up the design and began to wait. The craftsmen were late for measurement by ~ 1 hour. Everything was installed, and for 3 months now our door has been standing, keeping warm.

I want to separately note the thermal insulation, in comparison with the last cheap door, a completely new feeling. Heat ceased to leave at all. We are not complaining about the noise from the entrance. The handle and locks are very smooth, but at the same time reliable, very much.

I am a practicing interior designer and have experience working with many steel door manufacturers. After installing the NEMAN entrance door (the cost of the kit amounted to almost 100 thousand rubles!) At one of the objects, they encountered the problem of a loose fit of the door casing from the entrance side, mounting foam is visible, it looks extremely unaesthetic.

Neither the measurer nor the installation team warned us about the curvature of the wall. As a result, we were faced with a complete lack of desire from the manufacturer to take at least some measures to solve the problem, and, most importantly, with the boorish attitude of a service representative. Service manifests itself in the event of any difficulties, and NEMAN needs to improve the quality of service and the culture of communication with customers.
