I ordered the front door of the Jaguar to a country house in the shopping center Gorod (sh. Entuziastov) Manager Oleg very beautifully told what kind of a good company they have with extensive experience in the market, quality manufacturing and service, poking at neighboring companies represented at the exhibition (there are more than one company in the shopping center ) told their cons. Well, actually led to the fact that the company on the market for a long time. Departure of the measurer is paid, but for some reason he takes more than the manager said (it was stated 500 rubles, he took 1000 rubles in the end). They promised that the production would be a month, but it could work out in 3 weeks (We had a close contact with us since we started to make the facade). Sami called them after 3 weeks, the door is not ready. They said that it will be in a week. A week later, again I had to call ourselves, the door is not ready. They said that another two weeks! It was a setup for us, since the facade work was in full swing and we were responsible for the simple workers under the contract (the facade was finished by the company) After the calls to the sales manager and the hot line, it turned out to speed up the process — two days later they rang and said that the door ready. Agreed on the installation. Upon arrival, the installers find out that they have the amount of my prepayment less than I paid. I have one contract number, they have another (but my address, phone number and surname). It was raining. The door brought the canvas separately from the box — the door is heavy. They began to install. Installers installed everything according to the level (was present during the entire installation process). The box was not fully insulated, somewhere the insulation was and somewhere straight empty. They hung the door. They began to try to close the castle (mottura castle) and jammed it on the first turn. Somehow they were able to open the door, thank God, on the one hand, they did not fix it to the house. He began to call the sales manager, he did not pick up the phone. I called the call center, they gave the phone of the person responsible for the production (Alexey) They called a person to replace the locks. It turned out that even the holes in the box below and above for the pins were not exactly drilled (despite the fact that the hole was much larger than the pin-pin rested on one side and passed hard) Drilled a hole. They closed the door.It turned out that the door below does not fit snugly. What the current installers did not do, nothing helped. Something struck me - I decided it was getting closer to the coating and it turned out that the door was poorly stained (a lot of white dots all over the door) Again I started ringing the call center with a complaint and was again sent to the production manager, Alexei. He began to tell in a boorish manner that under the contract I had to check everything before installation. That everything was normal in their production. The door is brought unpacked. He began to blame all the blame on the installers (they were not installed correctly, they drove me) and on me. A man arrived to replace the lock, dismantled the door. I took the door with thermal break. Inside, I saw only the usual insulation (cotton wool) and in places! small pieces of a thin insulation with a shiny film (I don’t know what it’s called exactly) It’s probably called a thermal break, but why did it lay in places then. I read about thermal breaks and saw doors in other companies, something else was there. I already resented-said: put my old door (clapperboard) in place, return me my prepayment and for now. Carried as a result with a door 7.5 hours. I didn’t get to work - I lost money. A door with defects (the canvas is poorly stained) - did not fully pay. They promised to take off after the weekend (installation was done on Friday) and take it to production for elimination; I demanded a replacement of the canvas. Two weeks passed and "things are still there" as they say. No one showed up and called.
Here is an adventure with a company with 30 years of experience.
Something tells me that the longer the company on the market, the worse it does everything and does not worry about its reputation - the main thing is to tear off more dough.
The price of the door is too high, it is not worth the declared money.

We ordered the door on May 14, 2019 (!!!)
Order No. 4835.
First, we were detained for 1.5 months, referring to the relocation of production. They refused to give specific dates, they fed breakfast every day - because of this, I got a repair, maybe the door needs to be installed before finishing work.
When the door was finally brought in, it turned out that it was not the right size. Redid, 10 days later brought a new door, but without decorative trim.
September came (!!!), silence on the overlays. She began to call herself, it turned out that they were already ready, agreed on installation.
The installer called the day before and set the time of the visit the next day, September 18th. On the day of the visit, he called for half an hour and said that another client was late and because of this he could only arrive on Sunday. I was indignant, why should I suffer because of someone else's irresponsibility?
The installer said that he might be able to come a little later and promised to call, but no one called me. Day is lost! All day I waited for a call, not having the opportunity to leave the construction site and go about my business. The service did not give me any intelligible answer, they pick up the phone every other time.
The next day, I began to call the service department again, I got through only from the 4th time. An employee of this service, Irina Lungu, showed complete indifference to the irresponsibility of the installer. In a completely dismissive form, she was talking to me, refusing to give specific information on installation.
To summarize: this company is completely saturated with rudeness and indifference. The prices at Jaguar are one of the highest in the market, and the service and attitude to the client are simply terrible.
In no case do not contact this office, for them, customers are bags of money with which you can communicate like garbage.

A week later, the call, your Door is ready, such gratitude as promptly. They brought a dirty, peeled, in a matte white film, with other handles, locks, painted with a lion paint, screwed with screws! We had a shock !!!!!

Such horror and rudeness never met! Snow-white Door without a film and packaging, a lion's catch is glued with dirty molar tape!

The leadership of the gopniks, they are talking like they are from prison, they don’t want to hear anything, they hang up, the seller disappeared! We will contact the police, they don’t give money!

We made an order for the entrance doors for a country house at the very beginning of September 2018. Installation was expected in early November. As a result, the doors were brought only for the New Year. During installation, it turned out that the transoms were measured incorrectly above the door and they needed to be redone.

With great difficulty we achieved the removal of new measurements. Already on February 8, and the transom was not there, and still is not. It makes no sense to ask questions to managers, as always follows the standard answer: - "We will find out and call you back." Of 10 times, 1 is called back to say that the order will be made next week.

And so for several weeks. We are very sorry that we contacted such an unreliable company. The main thing for them is to get the client and his money, and then how it goes. If you want to save your nervous system and time, then look for doors to yourself elsewhere. Very unreliable guys !!!

Good day to all! We ordered the front door to this "wonderful" company. The manager promised to call and inform about the readiness of the door. At the end of the door manufacturing period specified in the contract, of course, no one called us back. Themselves contacted by phone with the manager, she could not answer anything to our question and redirected Gennady, who is also a manager in this company, to Zenkov. Gennady made a thousand apologies and informed us that our door was ready, but the panel on the door remained in the shop, supposedly they forgot to pick them up and now they will bring it only after 2.5 weeks. After these words, we doubted that the door would be put to us at all, because they read a lot of negative reviews on this company, and demanded that they return the money to us, because the supply contract was violated.

Gennady asked us to wait for the delivery and installation of the panel, and in compensation promised to give us a discount. Such an offer suited us. We asked to send us an addendum signed by him to the agreement that their company undertakes to deliver and install a door to us by July 11, 2018. because 2.5 weeks end with this number. Gennady sent us a letter (addition to the contract) by e-mail, which was illiterate, in addition, the seal was firm Interio, and according to the documents the company is listed as "World of Doors". We demanded to redo the additional agreement and send it to us by e-mail.

Without warning in advance, on July 10, 2018, they called us and informed us that they were bringing us a door and a panel. When installing the door, we noticed that there were not enough extras, although according to the documents they were paid. The masters who installed the door said that a separate person would bring the extras, who would then install them. Because we are not installing the front door for the first time, we know that the door, panel and extensions must be brought together, but installing the extensions will be really a separate person. We again called manager Gennady. This time he talked with us quite aggressively, referring to the fact that we were given a discount, so we have to wait. During the installation of the door, we decided to deduct the cost of these products from the cost of the remaining payment for the door. They wrote a receipt to the employees that the amount of payment for the door would be minus the cost of the installation and its installation. Two days later, they brought us and installed dobors.

To summarize all that has been said: the door is beautiful and the quality of the door is good, but the attitude of the company itself, which supplies and installs the door, to its customers is boorish. Of course, it’s better not to order anything, so that later there will be no problems. Well, if you, like us, already ordered a door (without reading reviews about the company “Door World”), then ask for their every promise in relation to your delivery in writing with a seal (“Door World”). As Mayakovsky wrote: "Without a piece of paper, you are a bug, and with a piece of paper, you are a Man."

I ordered, based on the experience of friends and was not disappointed. He chose the door at the exhibition at 25 Leningradskoye Shosse. A chic choice of doors, finishes and fittings. The manager Elena, responsive and sincerely disposed to the potential client, calmly and in great detail answered all my many (in such things I am very meticulous) questions, made a detailed price calculation, without imposing anything superfluous, as many managers in other companies do.

The surveyor arrived the next day after ordering, carried out all measurements filigree, even despite the layer of old plaster that prevented them from being carried out. He gave practical advice on the installation and width of the door leaf; I took advantage of some. The door was delivered on time, the masters are professionals in their field, special thanks to them! all are dressed in branded clothing, assembled and maximally focused on work.

For an hour and a half, they dismantled my old door and completely installed a new one. All work was done carefully and professionally. Now I am the happy owner of a new door from the company Jaguar, the neighbors burst with envy and they won’t even be able to scratch it, a door with a gorgeous anti-vandal coating;)
