Good day to all! We ordered the front door to this "wonderful" company. The manager promised to call and inform about the readiness of the door. At the end of the door manufacturing period specified in the contract, of course, no one called us back. Themselves contacted by phone with the manager, she could not answer anything to our question and redirected Gennady, who is also a manager in this company, to Zenkov. Gennady made a thousand apologies and informed us that our door was ready, but the panel on the door remained in the shop, supposedly they forgot to pick them up and now they will bring it only after 2.5 weeks. After these words, we doubted that the door would be put to us at all, because they read a lot of negative reviews on this company, and demanded that they return the money to us, because the supply contract was violated.
Gennady asked us to wait for the delivery and installation of the panel, and in compensation promised to give us a discount. Such an offer suited us. We asked to send us an addendum signed by him to the agreement that their company undertakes to deliver and install a door to us by July 11, 2018. because 2.5 weeks end with this number. Gennady sent us a letter (addition to the contract) by e-mail, which was illiterate, in addition, the seal was firm Interio, and according to the documents the company is listed as "World of Doors". We demanded to redo the additional agreement and send it to us by e-mail.
Without warning in advance, on July 10, 2018, they called us and informed us that they were bringing us a door and a panel. When installing the door, we noticed that there were not enough extras, although according to the documents they were paid. The masters who installed the door said that a separate person would bring the extras, who would then install them. Because we are not installing the front door for the first time, we know that the door, panel and extensions must be brought together, but installing the extensions will be really a separate person. We again called manager Gennady. This time he talked with us quite aggressively, referring to the fact that we were given a discount, so we have to wait. During the installation of the door, we decided to deduct the cost of these products from the cost of the remaining payment for the door. They wrote a receipt to the employees that the amount of payment for the door would be minus the cost of the installation and its installation. Two days later, they brought us and installed dobors.
To summarize all that has been said: the door is beautiful and the quality of the door is good, but the attitude of the company itself, which supplies and installs the door, to its customers is boorish. Of course, it’s better not to order anything, so that later there will be no problems. Well, if you, like us, already ordered a door (without reading reviews about the company “Door World”), then ask for their every promise in relation to your delivery in writing with a seal (“Door World”).
