As a result, I bought not the cheapest door. They brought, installed.
It should be noted that I bought a door at the end of 2014, into a house where no one still lives. That is, they use the door on a strength of 5-10 per month (and then basically everyone gets into the house through the back door). About a month later, the vaunted Italian castle jammed, called, arrived and adjusted. Then the armor plate fell off, designed to protect the inside of the lock from drilling — I called, they arrived and stuck it on silicone !!!!! Then (after about 1.5 years) there were cracks in the coating on the door casings (outside) —that that the door is installed under a canopy and precipitation does not fall on it. I called and waited a very long time. In the end, they brought a different size, but nowhere to go, set. After some time I accidentally saw it. that the decorative overlay on the outside went cracked. When buying it on the pad (made in Israel) they gave a lifetime warranty and spoke. that even in the case of fur. damage will replace everything. Arrived (again, somewhere after 1 year) master. said that I was far from the first and there are many doors with such a defect !!! The store owner fooled my head for 2 years.and last time he said that the manufacturer company refused to consider my claim, the deadlines came out. Now I call him with a frequency of once a month, explaining that I’m even ready to buy a new slip from them, but ...... I work for the company. manufacturing metal products, there are complaints from customers, we try to solve and solve in the shortest possible time. Here is the opposite. Poor product, disgusting manufacturer. I advise everyone who decided to purchase entrance doors to look at other manufacturers.
