For a sofa for such an amount, such an attitude was simply outright bent. I haven’t given the money yet, they lick you, but as you paid, you are a sucker ... and now your problems !!! I do not advise you to contact them, in this respect it is easier to take the same from others for cheaper ...

I ordered a sofa from this factory. Contract 119-I. I have been waiting for more than 1 month. My contract indicates readiness 08/20/18. The factory telephone indicated on the website and in the contract does not work, it is impossible to get through. The order was made through an online store, money transfer.

The manager of the online store feeds breakfast weekly. But for some reason, stubbornly does not give any other phone, where you could find out something about the fate of the sofa. 8 (495) 3571300- such a number does not exist !!!! This is the number indicated on the official website! And there is also a phone number of the delivery department 8 (495) 9816644 - this number also does not exist !!!

Then one of the lamellas turned out to be broken, most likely it was damaged during delivery. Then I was really upset, took an expensive thing, it turned out that this was not a guarantee of quality. On the company's website, Vanguard found a claim form, filled it out, and in response silence. He started calling back, got on the girl secretary, who switched me to the claims department.

15 minutes listening to music, then hung up and called back again. They gave me the mobile number of the factory representative, a very polite young man advised me to glue the veneer with an iron. Lamel promised to transfer even 3 pieces within a week. But more than a month passed, and they didn’t give me anything. After the next call, the girl in surprise asked why to make such a noise because the lamella costs 100 rubles. But I bought a sofa for 70,000 and I want it to serve me happily ever after. In addition to everything, the lock of the open position of the linen box broke yesterday.

They took the Arizona sofa with the most expensive spring mattress. Not only is the design frank cheapness, it is still not adapted for these mattresses, to put it together, like to play Tetris at the tenth level. During the purchase, the transformation mechanism is uncomfortable did not even hint. My wife is simply not able to lay it down. But this is not all, the mechanism failed 5 days after delivery. They wrote a complaint to the site at the beginning, after a week of absolute ignoring, we realized that we needed to understand it ourselves. We invited a friend of the master, it seemed the wheels on the legs were not fixed as they should. They simply leaned back and interfered with the mechanism. As the master put it, this mechanism is frank cheapness. And this couch is worth 86,000 rubles. From the Factory, they called back after 2 weeks, felt and said that the repairmen would come only with the opportunity. We are waiting for the tenth day, and no one is there.
