Good afternoon! In July 2019, I bought a RIM cabinet, on September 26, a mirror peeled off and fell off the cabinet door, cutting my mother with shrapnel! The happiness that the child did not pass by. I immediately contacted the place of purchase and left a request for a mirror replacement, I sent a photo to the company’s mail confirming the fact of what happened. More than 45 days passed, no one delivered the mirror, DO NOT call the hotline, 10 minutes listening to music, a lot of money spent on calls. The store where I purchased the closet closed here, but its branch opened in another place. I went there, wrote a complaint, the reaction is zero !!! Irresponsible attitude to customers, complete indifference. It was possible to immediately file a lawsuit, as the master from the company pasted the mirror ON BILATERAL TAPE !! By the way, one cannot reach him either, everyone has disappeared. Now Rome’s wardrobe is standing without a mirror, it’s impossible to tear pieces of double-sided tape from it, no one brought a new mirror. I will sue!
