The excuse is always the same - everyone will be on vacation next week. A company that seeks to produce quality products and provide quality services does not behave like that! I do not recommend this manufacturer to anyone !!! This is not a company, but a complete misunderstanding!

Vitra stumbled upon furniture from the factory by accident, had never heard of it before. And here she is, my dream! Bedroom Sonata! She is not just beautiful, she is very beautiful! Delicate creamy color, Swarovski crystals sparkle in the evening, which decorated the facades of the bedroom. The quality is at its best, the assembler quickly and clearly assembled, not a single gripe. We have been using it for 6 months now - it does not creak, does not knock, door closers all work, the lifting mechanism by the bed is also no problem. After the bedroom, they immediately bought a Symphony wall, also very satisfied. The price of the bedroom, I would say not cheap. The entire set cost 135tr. But, so far, I do not regret the money spent.

Limited size range. It is difficult to choose a configuration, then more by 10 cm, then less by 5. Intermediate sizes are needed. In the sizes of elements for 400 there are facades only with glass or a lattice, there are no deafs, despite the fact that they produce. I had to write out a complaint. The hood is at a very great distance from the surface of the stove. It simply sucks in air without any effect.

Choose a kitchen for the apartment. At first we went to the masters, but there are such prices that it’s just awful. Then I went through furniture stores, and in the continent I saw the kitchen of my dreams Astoria 15 from Vitra furniture. Manager Olga was very competent, quickly drew up an approximate plan for the arrangement of furniture in the kitchen, took into account all the wishes and named the preliminary cost. It turned out to be significantly lower than that of private traders. Since the repair was still far away, I made a deposit and booked all the elements. After 1.5 months, she arrived again and practically replayed everything. Since the headset was assembled from ready-made elements that were in stock, they did it quickly and without complaints.

They brought the kitchen exactly on the agreed day, about half an hour earlier. Quickly raised to the 4th floor.

And here the difficulties begin. The assembler was not given a plan of what and where should hang and in which direction the doors should open. As a result, two doors do not open the way I initially wanted, which is very inconvenient.

We needed a practical table in the kitchen and a coffee table in the living room, so that when the guests came there would be where to receive them. There was not enough money for two tables, but on the internet I came across a table Orpheus 10 from the Vitra factory. He completely suited all my requirements and successfully replaced both a regular kitchen table and an elegant living room table.

What I liked most - two expansion options. It is very convenient for both large and small companies. And when folded, it takes up very little space and does not clutter up the kitchen.

They brought the table a day after the order, collected it in an hour, the quality is excellent, the countertop is reliable 18 mm thick. The laminate is good, but I still cover the table with oilcloth.

I am more than happy with the purchase.

The first time they arrived on time, but with a damaged countertop. No problem exchanged in just 2 days. Two times they called and apologized, before that they offered to buy the same damaged one at a good discount, we refused.

We assembled the table ourselves, it is quite difficult, so it is better to order a collector. The production is clearly not Ikea, many holes do not correspond to the guides, it is very difficult to screw in screws. But if you get creative and with an electric drill, you can assemble it in 2-3 hours. The material from which the table is made is massive and reliable. Because of this, the table is quite heavy.Additional countertops are stored with us separately, because it is already difficult to move it during cleaning.

What I especially liked about all the ends of the tabletop, side table and one of the shelves is not just laminated, but trimmed with reinforced plastic border. Over the entire period of operation, the border did not exfoliate, despite repeatedly spilled liquids. The quality of the laminate is average. At the place of use of the mouse, scuffs appeared after six months, so the use of the mat is mandatory. It has two capacious drawers, the bottom is made of fiberboard in the color of the table. The distance to the additional shelf designed for the monitor is quite large; extension cords are needed for cables. But the wires themselves are hidden under the countertop so that it is not visible.
