Good afternoon. In November, they purchased a set of Stealth furniture in the Furniture Shara store, namely: a children's bed - a trestle bed, a pencil case, a table, and a mattress for a bed. Delivery was prompt, brought in a day. After the purchase, I even received a call to question the quality of service, but at that time they were doing repairs in the nursery and had not yet unpacked the furniture. The assembly was started a week after receipt, and found that we got a wrong part by the bed - the side of the lower drawer. Mounting holes and side furrow do not match with general drawer mounts. After contacting the store where the furniture was bought, the craftsmen promised to send it. The master’s visit took place 2 days after our visit to the store with the defective part. The master photographed the part and promised "to come up with something faster." After his visit, 9 days passed. No calls or any other feedback from the company with the exact timing of the transfer of the defective replaced part has been received! How can this be regarded ?! They take money for the goods on the same day, but they can’t fix their own factory defects in 2 weeks (and whether they will correct them at all ?!) The opinion about the company Furniture Shara was negative. We regret that we did not read the reviews before the purchase, we would have thought several times whether it is worth contacting this company. Anything can happen, defects, etc., but please be kind to eliminate your mistakes more quickly, give feedback! We really hope that we will still get a replacement for the marriage, but we definitely won’t buy anything there anymore, and not even because the marriage got caught, but because of the timing of the correction and the lack of contact with the buyer
