Claims against Victoria's manager. G. Lipetsk furniture continent, Artis. I was very attentive only until the moment of payment for the kitchen and assembly. After payment, I could not pick up the phone, not answer questions. Explaining this by the fact that "does she know how ?, the factory told her so"
They brought the wrong color of the facades. Ordered orange, brought yellow. (And at the time of signing the contract, she assured that they have this color called!) She simply frankly deceived the buyers.
The terms naturally expired. And when they started collecting, the countertop and wall panel turned out to be defective. Swollen supposedly during transportation. Manager Victoria promised to fix everything in a week and arrange expert delivery. And this also turned out to be a hoax (she answered with the same phrases “the factory answered me that way, I don’t know”) Manager Victoria is completely incompetent in her work.
After a month of waiting and living completely without a condition (the old kitchen was gone), I waited. They did everything, there were minor flaws with details, but I closed my eyes to them. It is very difficult to present anything under the contract, it was written for the complete peace of mind of the contractor, and the customer is responsible for everything and in which case can be sent to hell (and even with fines).
The result: an expired kitchen, a long-lasting marriage, the wrong color of the facades of the cabinets.
Manager Victoria works only to attract new customers, she works mediocre with old ones. All forgets, remembers nothing. Her answers to all the questions “oh, the factory answers me like that” - and she herself is not responsible for anything and only advertises the kitchen.
I attach photos 1) contract 2) unfinished kitchen 3) defective panel, which has been dusting and interfering with me for more than a month
pros
Lucky with the picker, the name is Vadim. He performed everything professionally.
Minuses
Manager Victoria, who fraudulently smuggles in parts at the factory (or can the factory really answer that way?)
