We ordered a hall and a chest of drawers for an individual order, the order was to arrive on November 16, 2019 (the order was placed on September 16) - it arrived on December 6, 2019. We did not order two products, we did not order the assembly, as there is experience. But for some reason, all the fittings and bolts were mixed in one box. The entrance hall came with a crack in the drawer, for which an act was drawn up. The chest of drawers was assembled, but the glasses were tinted, although we ordered transparent ones, that’s okay.
It’s impossible to assemble the hall; there are no holes where to screw the shelves, handles. This is a designer, we ourselves must measure and drill the technological holes that we had to make in production. Managers do not give clear answers.

We made 3 orders, the last in July 2019 and did not look at the reviews, we thought that everything was as before, as in previous years. Who knew that the company had a mess. In short, then: they made an order in July, they should have given us furniture back in September, in fact, they received it in October. The manager didn’t keep our order corny, that is, we called the office ourselves to find out everything. In the middle of the waiting period it turned out that the pens will be different because they were discontinued.
Result: handles of a different color, a hole for cables of a different size (the designer did not take into account that where the hole will go through the back wall of the cabinet), respectively, after assembling the cabinet, wires do not creep into the hole, I had to disassemble the cabinet, insert the wires and then assemble them with wires, delay for 3 weeks, and then another week after they took the order, the manager woke up and began to demand a surcharge of 500 rubles from us ..
