Previously, I read a bunch of disgusting reviews on all aspects of the work of this store and on the quality of the furniture itself, I was especially impressed by the inscription on their website in the column "delivery and installation" - When accepting goods, the Buyer must check its quantity, quality and assortment.

The buyer loses the right to file a claim (!!!!!) in terms of quantity, quality and assortment of goods against the information specified in the accompanying documents related to defects in the appearance and completeness of the products that can be identified upon acceptance of the goods after signing the sales receipt.

As a result, after talking with several store managers who convinced me that everything was great and that it was a rare case that there was some kind of marriage, and they didn’t know the inscription above who wrote on their website, I decided to take a chance, t. to. I liked the entrance hall very much and suited the style to the apartment.

As a result: there is no assembly instructions, no photographs of how it looks in assembled condition, and provided that we also had a marriage - the assembly of the hall turned into a real two-day quest. I had to cut (!!!) 3 mm on each side of the edge of a wooden box, because it was larger than the declared size and "did not enter" into the hole above the shoe rack, where it was supposed to stand.

So that this review was not written I was offered 500 rubles to the phone.
NEVER PLEASE CONTACT THIS STORE.

At the beginning of the story, everything was fine. I ordered a Galaxy 2 sliding door wardrobe. Immediately after the order, the manager called me back and clarified the details. Then after 2 hours I called back again and specified the time and date of delivery. On the appointed day X, no one came; no one answered my calls to either the manager or the support service. The next day I found the phone of the delivery service, there they answered me that they were not going to take my closet because it had a label on it that the forwarding agent did not reach me. The excuse is childish, obviously the forwarder is not aware that the operators have a “who called” service, which sends SMS in case of a missed call.

The back wall consists of 4 fiberboard elements. He began to stuff them from the edges to the center. And you imagine the RED millimeter to millimeter and this is on the 2400 to 2400 cabinet. I ordered furniture on the site, chose one of the proposed configurations, and then added two more bars. They brought it very quickly, after a week the whole set was in my hallway. And then there are continuous disappointments and nerves. Perhaps half of the problems were my own fault. I signed a delivery note without even checking a single box. But I am a person with equipment and especially the production of furniture that is not connected and I still could not figure out these packages.

It so happened that they started collecting aground only after 2 weeks. It turned out that in the kit the corner part of the cabinet is left instead of the right one and one ordered rod is missing. Details promised to be replaced within a week, but never arrived. I had to go on my own, write a complaint, and only after 4 days receive a replacement and add the cabinet.
