She specifically asked the seller about the size of the drawers of the table (a narrow corner table with corresponding short drawers was set up in the cabin, and my table was straight and wide) The seller assured me that the drawers of my wide table would be much longer and would correspond to the width (depth) of the table. But when, after the furniture arrived, they collected it for me, I saw that the drawers of the table were short! The same as another narrow table in the window! They are shorter than the table itself by 20 cm! I have not seen such a thing ... And when I came to the salon with a complaint, the seller told me - you still can’t prove anything! Well, of course ... there were no witnesses, after all, of our conversation and her DECEPTION. Is the reputation really not important for such a large and seemingly respected Dyatkovo enterprise? Is it really humanly impossible to relate to customers? The most important thing is to get money (you can even deceive!), And then your problems? Nevertheless, I wrote an application for the return of the table, but the seller said it was useless, you would still be refused. Like this. And the table is not cheap. But completely not functional due to these short boxes (
Now about the dresser. Firstly, the drawers are also short, although not 20 cm, as in the table, but 5 cm, but still unpleasant. Four drawers, and 5 cm wide are cut off ... this is how much useless empty space is behind them! And also after assembly, I found that the gaps between the drawers and side doors of different widths. Vertical have a difference of 2 to 4 mm, horizontal - from 3 to 6 mm! And in length they are also uneven - from one end narrower to the other end wider. In the cabin they said, this is due to poor-quality assembly. But the collector is from their own company! By the way, the intonations of sellers changed dramatically after I wrote my statements. From helpful they switched to almost boorish.
10/03/19. Today they called me from the store and offered 50% of the cost for returning the table! And a bottle of champagne! This is arrogance ... For half the cost of a table a bottle? I will contact the Rospotrebnadzor. How can you cheat and relate to customers in general? By the way, the agreement says that the seller must familiarize the buyer with the dimensions, etc. goods (if it is not exhibited in the salon, but only in the catalog or on the site there is a photo)! And I was not only not introduced, but also deceived with size!
That's how I bought the Dyatkovo company furniture. Why do they have such prices?
