The installation was supposed to be planned in December, but on our initiative was postponed to January. On the appointed day, the kitchen arrived at the installation address, but due to the fact that the freight elevator was broken literally 10 minutes before the arrival of the furniture makers (the new building and the local builders did not use the freight elevator correctly), the installation of furniture was postponed for 2 days.
The second attempt was successful and all the boxes on the elevator were successfully delivered to the 25th floor and assembly began. Unfortunately, one of the drawers (under the hob) came completely broken. Those. absolutely all sides were damaged, as the furniture assemblers recorded.
It also turned out that our communications to the dishwasher were not correctly brought in (they had to be brought out nearby, which was fixed the next day, this did not affect the installation, since the dishwasher should be fixed to neighboring drawers, and the neighboring drawer should just the one that came broken).
Also for some reason there was no rail closing the gap between the 2nd and 3rd level of boxes. According to the furniture makers, it should not be here. A defect was found on one of the facades, it is almost invisible, but it is felt to the touch. In general, this is a small speck of dust under the enamel, just where the handle is. It is practically invisible, but each time you open the door you feel it and there are suspicions that it will then fall off, leaving a hole in the enamel.
Attempts to contact someone from the furniture store were unsuccessful (it was working time) and the kitchen was not fully assembled. And the furniture makers said they would contact me, saying that the box would need to be waited until it arrived from the factory (I refused that they would collect this box from their materials, sacrificing a slight color difference. And that was suggested !!! !).
The next day they did not call me, and after a day they did not call, and to be honest, we have repairs, and I was not up to it. = (I sounded the alarm after 2 weeks, finally getting through to Galina (the girl with whom the kitchen project was discussed and the contract was drawn up - an elusive girl, as it turned out, after the kitchen was paid). And expressing his indignation on this issue (neither call, this is customer focus ????), it turns out that the locker has already arrived and will contact me today to coordinate the installation and arrival of the expert (to look at the cabinet facade) and the rail, of course, has come and will also be installed.
Really called and made an appointment next week. They called in the morning and said that they would be with me somewhere in the afternoon. Taking time off from work (while losing about 1,500 rubles), I waited in the apartment. I waited - arrived at 17.15))). And even this I can miss and not pay attention to such punctuality, but the fact is that they arrived without a bar !!! and without the bottom of a broken box !!!, saying that they will take from the old. HE WAS DAMAGED !!! Where the chopiks stood, there were cracks and my bewilderment on my face did not stop the furniture makers from saying that "Yes, it will not be visible there."
Sorry, but for a kitchen worth 276,500 rubles, I would like some other relationship. Generally..the kitchen has remained unchanged. Namely, without a dishwasher, without a cabinet under the hob and without a rail.
Having come PERSONALLY to the store and seeing Galina, they apologized to me and said that after 3-4 days everything would come from the factory and be installed.
Assigned to a new date - 12.02. The furniture makers came this time without being late.
An expert came and said that this garbage is an acceptable marriage from the factory and I will remain with him))). The only thing I wanted to never meet with the employees of this organization. Set the hob, set the dishwasher and set the bar. The bar was set not on the same level with the facades and crooked, redid, but still there were uneven gaps. What is the result:
