Horrible Quartz Countertops

I'm very disappointed. The kitchen itself suits me, but the quartz countertop for 153 thousand is a complete failure. She breaks off at the slightest touch. Very fragile! IKEA works with Artichock countertops.

The kitchen collector warned me that there were a lot of complaints about them. But I didn’t think that they were doing such a frank G. The most offensive is the reaction of IKEA itself to my complaint.

Sink cabinet swollen from slight moisture

We bought the Ikea Method kitchen. The day before yesterday I started assembling, left the cabinet for washing on the floor without legs. While dealing with plumbing, probably spilled water in a small amount, did not even notice. After some time (no more than a day) I saw a swollen closet around the edge, as if there was a flood!

The cabinet is generally not moisture resistant. During operation, the smallest amount of water will swell the sink cabinet !! A cabinet that is constantly in contact with moisture during operation.

Of the other minuses - the countertop is a maximum of 246, there is no top cabinet 45 cm wide (dishwasher 45 cm). The kitchen is quite expensive. They chose it, because they assumed that ikea had higher quality, but apparently they were very mistaken. It was expected that they answered in ikey that the guarantee does not apply to our case, since you can not leave the cabinet without legs.

Put everything to a minimum. The fact is that the main trouble of the kitchens from Ikea is in the employees who carry out the planning. With a fairly high chance you will have problems during assembly, because the employee did not take into account one or another feature of the room.

And the measurement of help from Ikea will not save you. And if you can’t assemble the kitchen, then all the other characteristics do not bother anyone. But the saddest thing is that Ikea stubbornly does not want to solve this kind of problem. Personally, my question has been hanging for three months.

There are many differences from the old Factum. Firstly, the base is standard 8 cm high, in contrast to the factum legs, which can be changed from 16 cm high. One with the base has become a very difficult pipe installation. Boxes have become two complete sets of maxim with closers and forward - a budget option without closers. In the nose series a large selection of frame colors. We were just black-brown and took it, it fits the Thingsrid facades and contrasts with the white Selyan countertop. In general, we were satisfied as always. Everything is perfectly washed by Mr. Muscle, from soapy water only stains remain.

Particularly interested in the placement system of all sorts of "Ratsionel". It is not included in the standard kit, and so far we have not bought it, but we will definitely take it. We thought and drew all kinds of projects for a long time, and then on the Ikea website created a project in the designer, printed it out and went to order. The friends scared that all the dirt would be visible on the white surface, but decided to take a chance and do not regret it. Any pollution is cleaned at once - spray with a cleaner, hold with a cloth and that's it. However, pitfalls also came across. They wanted to order a stone countertop from another manufacturer. Yes it wasn’t there. The standard width of the countertops is 60 cm, and Ikea has a depth of the lower tables of 62 cm. That's how they are protected from cunning buyers. I had to order a countertop also in Ikea.

Every housewife dreams of an ideal kitchen for herself to be comfortable and comfortable, but not always there is enough money to fulfill her desires. Specifically, in my case, the problem was not only about money, I did not have the opportunity to wait several months for the production of the kitchen, so I decided to contact IKEA.

It took me a week to do everything (choosing panels, calculating the width and height of the cabinets, plus shipping). My husband was collecting, we decided that it’s not worth paying extra for this service.
Doors with closers, they do not slam. You can choose the height of the cabinets differently, and I really like that in IKEA, there is a very large assortment of different hooks, containers, rails, using them to store things in the headset as conveniently as possible, you can still make the backlight.

For myself, I chose a veneer facade, but I decided not to take a wooden tabletop, in my opinion it is not logical.

IKEA cuisine from sketch to implementation

I could not decide on the kitchen set for six months. What I liked was expensive, and the cheap options disappointed in quality. The budget was approximately 70,000, it was in this amount that I had to meet. I traveled to many stores, reviewed a bunch of sites and eventually decided to see the kitchen in IKEA.I treat the store well, but I did not dare to buy furniture there.

I took a booklet in the store, arrived home and quickly sketched the desired model in the kitchen, counted the money, pleased the price. In the evening, consulted with her husband, and decided to take. In total, I managed to equip the kitchen with all the necessary 10 sq. M in 63000, the mixer is taken into account here, all cabinets, countertops and facades.
The kitchen was brought in 2 days after payment, the workers neatly stacked everything in a pile. Assembled by ourselves, detailed instructions, everything is clear.

At the moment, the kitchen is happy, it is a pleasure to use, even a dishwasher fits in one of the cabinets.

Kitchen IKEA "Factum" - stylish and beautiful

First, I planned the kitchen on the Ikea website, since my kitchenette is small, only 5.5 square meters, and I had to put everything into it all at once. I can tell I managed to accomplish this with Ikeya Factum, I compactly placed all the appliances, utensils and left a small space for chairs and a table.

On the left, I installed a high panel with space for a built-in oven and microwave; in addition, there are lockers and drawers. I ordered specially tall cabinets to fill the space to the maximum. Height is 92 cm, they are almost under the ceiling, in standard kitchens cabinets are only about 70 cm.

Furniture pleases with quality, for three years it has not spoiled its appearance (although the period of 3 years is not enough for furniture). The drawers are equipped with closers, and the doors are absorbers, it is not difficult to close and open them, besides the drawers are spacious and comfortable.
