Bought a Florida kitchen, contract number 12SVT_18. Less than 3 months after installation, paint on the facades burst. The manufacturer agreed to change the facades, because no one really lived in the apartment - there was no permission to supply gas. The kitchen was without plinths, put plinths and washed the floors once - the paint was swollen, the manufacturer replied to the claim that this was not a warranty case. It turns out that it is impossible to wash the floors where the furniture from Atlas-Lux is installed, otherwise the socles will swell. Now I'm afraid to wipe the kitchen with a damp cloth, as if swollen (like swollen paint on facades that no one has touched), then again a non-warranty case.

I ordered Walesa cuisine in Atlas. Beautiful modern and cheaper than it could be. I got a share on this model. Liked everything. And the work of the designer. Thanks to her separately. They always called and said what was happening with my kitchen. And now there are times when you order, and then you run after your order. Delivery and assembly fast. Nothing touches anywhere, does not creak. Everything is smooth and even. Perfectly set everything up. The only minus is a very long wait. P about the contract of 60 days, but I liked the result. I'd rather wait than get some cheap stuff in the warehouse. Here everything is according to my project and in some cases non-standard solutions. Who wants to be good is better to wait than to take what is cheaper and faster.

I ordered the kitchen in Atlas-Lux in the salon on Marshal Zhukov from Natalia. Prepared an excellent kitchen design project. He called the measurer so that everything was accurate. Further, I expected 2 months when they would make it. They brought in, the pickers arrived and surprisingly quickly collected and there were no complaints. I was preparing for the fact that there would be difficulties, but everything went surprisingly smoothly. The kitchen is modern and unusual. Really like my family and friends. Thanks to Atlas Suite for such a wonderful solution for my kitchen. Of the minuses, only expectation, but it's worth it.

The kitchens themselves are excellent, but the responsibility of employees periodically leaves much to be desired. Choose from three firms, settled on the Atlas. We discussed everything here with their designer, agreed. But, when they delivered the kitchen in two months, it turned out that some details simply did not fit together. They called out, asked what kind of things they were. As a result, it turned out that this was precisely the designer’s mistake, which had put some wrong data on the order, and she had smooth bribes from her — she had already quit. Well, what to do, as a result, everything was fixed - they waited another month and a half, but the result was excellent by itself - the kitchen has been standing for half a year, my husband and I are happy with it - comfortable, functional, it also came out inexpensively - about 300 k.

For some reason, not all firms agree to work with non-standard kitchens and small areas - it is strange if clients are not needed. But here they helped me: I have my own full-time designer, who figured out our planning documents. True, she is here alone for all clients - they waited for her for about forty minutes when she was freed. But, having freed herself, designer Lena quickly sketched a layout in some cunning program and offered us the final version based on Amber. Not quite what we wanted, but it’s hard to formulate our requests, and in general we liked it. Two months later they brought it. Now the cons - loaders, at first they could not figure out and find our house, although the address was clearly indicated. Because of this - a delay of two hours. And while unloading, they trampled on dirty shoes wherever possible.

Agreed, brought. It turned out like an exhibition - flat classic countertops, built-in appliances - did not fail in quality. Particularly pleased with the stained glass windows with a wooden layout. It all got exactly the same as measured. We liked it ... although IMHO a new and beautiful one cannot but like.

The consultant in the store could not immediately explain exactly what kind of wood the kitchen is made of and when it will be delivered, but we were called back to us just the next day and everything was told, there were difficulties with delivery too, the loaders almost broke our walls when they brought in. So, here is a tip: loaders should be controlled during delivery. And so, in general, everything is fine, the kitchen is actually very high quality and beautiful, I really like it. The purchase in Atlas was relatively successful. We ordered the model Amber, for our kitchen the price was 383,000 rubles. The price includes measurements, installation and another refrigerator, range hood, stove and oven. At first, everything went well. We made an order - the measurer arrived, measured, they all issued a 50% prepayment, and after 2 months they waited for the delivery of the kitchen. Here the problems began - at first they did not bring the countertop, they brought it in 2 days, they installed it. Then I had to wait another week for the delivery of equipment. What, you can’t deliver everything at once? What is the problem? Beautiful of course, but I had to torment a little
