Very failed on the eve of the New Year.

We ordered the kitchen in the office on Dubrovka 11/09/16 (Contract 677 Нпвх). According to the contract, the delivery should have been completed before 12/15/16, as a result, they were postponed several times and delivered on 12/25/16. Theoretically, they managed to assemble the kitchen before the New Year. But these were flowers.

The worst thing began when the boxes were opened - broken glass on two doors and HORROR - a completely different countertop, a radically different color — the article is not the one that was ordered. Words cannot convey the degree of indignation and disappointment, because we have been living for 2 weeks in "Spartan" conditions.

We immediately wrote a complaint, called - we promised on Friday to replace the countertop and glass, i.e. 12/30/16., But I can’t believe in this period, because the delivery time has already been let down. I will unsubscribe by the result of delivery.

As a result, we celebrate the New Year on the boxes and wash the dishes in the bathroom.
We will definitely not order more from them and recommend to friends.
