We are not buying our first kitchen and we know how difficult it is to find a good artist. But bypassing many different companies decided to stay in the kitchens "Maria". We really liked the manager who, as it seemed, pointed to all those moments that others did not notice. They started planning the kitchen at the beginning of the apartment renovation in order to avoid subsequent problems in its installation and use. At that time, the apartment was finished and it was possible to do everything as needed: ceiling, walls, floor, electrics, plumbing and sewage. But, as the saying goes, "something went wrong."
For a year of repair, miscalculation of electricians, calculations of all the nuances of walls, vent. Colon was not taken into account one most elementary fact - a block of outlets in the apron area. More precisely, the depth of this block in relation to the apron of the kitchen. Although this question was raised in advance, the manager replied that the installers would do everything and there was no need to remove the block. We had to wait for the kitchen for almost 3 months and this is the first moment that affected the attitude towards this company. Sending a kitchen set from the factory, they did not notice that the leg of the fastening for the counter rack contained a defect. And only before delivery to us it was noticed and had to wait until the supplier delivers the leg to the factory, and he will send it to the ECB.
After a long wait, the kitchen was finally installed. And it turned out that it is not possible to snap the frame onto the outlet block, they are very recessed. They must be pushed forward, and the installer will not deal with this. Claims were written, the installers left. This is the second moment that negatively affected the attitude towards the company. Later, when they generalized in the kitchen, they noticed a lining under the oven, which should not be. It seems that the installers could not correctly install the built-in oven and so that it did not fall out, they put it on the lining.
Having pushed aside the refrigerator to wash the floor under it, Repin's painting “Sailed” appeared before us.The lower part of the kitchen covering the legs was very shortly sawn off and from its edge to the wall there was a hole with a distance of about 10 cm. This was the third fact that negatively affected the attitude towards the company. Having contacted the manager, we were convinced that all problems would be resolved, requests to the quality department were sent.
And what was our surprise when we were informed that we would solve all the issues at our own expense, and then we will be compensated for all the costs. Which is doubtful. When I buy a kitchen, I pay for it and its installation, all I want to put a signature on the line is accepted and use it. As it turned out, after talking with an electrician, the cups of the outlet block just can not be pulled out and you need to ditch the holes. And all this in the already installed kitchen. All this had to be done at the stage of wiring electricity.
And the last straw in relation to this company was the moment when, without eliminating all the shortcomings, they called me from the customer support service and asked me to evaluate the quality of the kitchen and asked if I was ready to recommend it.
