Just an ugly attitude towards customers, all do not give a damn about the quality of the services provided !!!! They are only so good in words, the stars advertise them, but in reality it’s just HORROR !!!!!!!!

In my case, I contributed money back in December 2018, I bought both a kitchen and a cupboard in the bathroom ... My kitchen is still NOT ready, 5 months have passed already!

Absolutely everything is working here, from the designer to the installers ..

Designer Alexander does not know how to design a kitchen so that it is clear to installers. The first installer did not want to work on the day off and simply did not come for two days in a row, because of which he had to postpone the collection of the kitchen for a long time, the second ones arrived and they did not even have a drawing with them, thanks for not forgetting the screwdriver !!! Assembling the kitchen at random just ...

Thank God I was at home and could control what they were doing. There were errors either in the factory or in the grief of the designer, the countertop came in the wrong color ...

The factory where they are located, all the alterations come no sooner than a month later. I had to live a month without a countertop ...

Then they brought a countertop, but forgot to order GLUE ....
Service manager Vladimir is just an idiot, he alone, without my control, can not order goods for complaint ...

As a result, two complaints were made, in the second 3 weeks are coming to an end, but I'm still waiting. I’m not sure what this time will come what is needed ..
And so on!

So, if you want to SAVE your nerves in order, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING IN ANYTHING !!!

We ordered kitchen in a new apartment in October 2018. Efficiency of work of the manager, measurement and preparation of the project design left a very good impression.We made an advance payment and agreed on the installation date on December 4, 2018. On this positive work with Maria ended. It turned out that on December 4 there will be only delivery, and the assembly needs to be ordered separately and stand in line. Time still allowed, so they planned the installation on December 18 without any nerves, and by this time they were slowly transporting things to move to a new apartment from December 19. We did the kitchen installation in 3 days (!). Moreover, on the second day (Monday, working day), the spouse took a day off and waited for the installer, who in the morning called every 2 hours and promised to arrive in 2 hours. After lunch, it turned out, leaving about 20 calls to the hotline, that the installer was sent to another facility. On December 20, after lunch, they still assembled the kitchen and connected all the equipment, drew up an act on substandard facades, minor flaws, etc., but it was possible to live.
After 2 days, a siphon leak was detected, corrected quite quickly, the next day in the evening.
Correction of facades and minor defects, referring to the New Year holidays, we did only in early February 2019. Then, within a week, we could not install limiters on the hinges and level the microwave ... The whole process was accompanied by constant calls and reminders about yourself to the Maria quality service.
March 19 revealed leakage of the connection of the washing machine to cold water. They answered on the hot line that they would call back within 2 days ... This time you can live with covered cold water in the kitchen. Thanks! This event was the last straw of my patience, after which I decided to share my negative experience of cooperation with Maria on all available resources. The company Maria has shown itself as not a reliable and not punctual company, you can not rely on it. The quality of equipment connection (paid and not cheap service) is disgusting, the second leak in 4 months.

We are not buying our first kitchen and we know how difficult it is to find a good artist. But bypassing many different companies decided to stay in the kitchens "Maria". We really liked the manager who, as it seemed, pointed to all those moments that others did not notice. They started planning the kitchen at the beginning of the apartment renovation in order to avoid subsequent problems in its installation and use. At that time, the apartment was finished and it was possible to do everything as needed: ceiling, walls, floor, electrics, plumbing and sewage. But, as the saying goes, "something went wrong."

For a year of repair, miscalculation of electricians, calculations of all the nuances of walls, vent. Colon was not taken into account one most elementary fact - a block of outlets in the apron area. More precisely, the depth of this block in relation to the apron of the kitchen. Although this question was raised in advance, the manager replied that the installers would do everything and there was no need to remove the block. We had to wait for the kitchen for almost 3 months and this is the first moment that affected the attitude towards this company. Sending a kitchen set from the factory, they did not notice that the leg of the fastening for the counter rack contained a defect. And only before delivery to us it was noticed and had to wait until the supplier delivers the leg to the factory, and he will send it to the ECB.

After a long wait, the kitchen was finally installed. And it turned out that it is not possible to snap the frame onto the outlet block, they are very recessed. They must be pushed forward, and the installer will not deal with this. Claims were written, the installers left. This is the second moment that negatively affected the attitude towards the company. Later, when they generalized in the kitchen, they noticed a lining under the oven, which should not be. It seems that the installers could not correctly install the built-in oven and so that it did not fall out, they put it on the lining.

Having pushed aside the refrigerator to wash the floor under it, Repin's painting “Sailed” appeared before us.The lower part of the kitchen covering the legs was very shortly sawn off and from its edge to the wall there was a hole with a distance of about 10 cm. This was the third fact that negatively affected the attitude towards the company. Having contacted the manager, we were convinced that all problems would be resolved, requests to the quality department were sent.

And what was our surprise when we were informed that we would solve all the issues at our own expense, and then we will be compensated for all the costs. Which is doubtful. When I buy a kitchen, I pay for it and its installation, all I want to put a signature on the line is accepted and use it. As it turned out, after talking with an electrician, the cups of the outlet block just can not be pulled out and you need to ditch the holes. And all this in the already installed kitchen. All this had to be done at the stage of wiring electricity.

And the last straw in relation to this company was the moment when, without eliminating all the shortcomings, they called me from the customer support service and asked me to evaluate the quality of the kitchen and asked if I was ready to recommend it. Here is my answer: assessment - 1. In no case DO NOT RECOMMEND contacting this company.

At the end of 2018, I ordered and paid for the kitchen in the Maria campaign. Agreed date of installation on 26,12,2018 (which was spelled out in the contract). After that, they called me and said that we can do it earlier, I said well and agreed on 20,12,2018, but due to incomplete apartment renovation, I had to ask the company to postpone the delivery date to 25,12,2018. They brought the delivery but refused to install it in 2018, in the event that at 26,12,2018 at our entrance 3 floors below their masters installed another kitchen. The wizards were ready to install it on the same day with me, but one of the managers who supervised the installation work sent them to another order (not scheduled for this day) and I was told that your installation is scheduled for 13.01,2019. This did not suit me and I hired craftsmen and installed a kitchen. When they removed parts from the packaging from the edge there was a defect on the countertop, I immediately sent the photo to the manager but no one solved my question. After that, I wrote a statement to replace the countertop and they answered that we will supply you a new one with a 40% discount and that’s it.

Good afternoon, my name is Vladimir. After we decided to purchase Kitchens in this company, we started having problems. We waited a very long time for the kitchen, they violated all the deadlines, the individual kitchen cabinets were not the right size, we delivered and remade all the missing components within two months, we installed the kitchen for about 7 months, the kitchen rate is 225,000 and such an attitude.

Since the kitchen was made non-standardly, the installation of the countertop is also inconvenient for us, and we decided to install the countertop in this company, called up in advance with Nikita Shatilov and agreed on Saturday, also called him in advance with an overpayment, after making a payment, since we were waiting for the installation on Saturday to no one came to us, Nikita did not answer for two days, and on Monday called and said that the installation is possible only on Tuesday, the problem of these transfers was due to the fact that the money arrived to them only on Monday, as usual but apologized and everything.

Therefore, it will decide to contact this company Kitchen Maria get ready that will not be easy.

Be careful if you suddenly get in touch with Maria’s kitchens! And so, how it all began. When we ordered skins (aprons) for the kitchen, we talked with the manager that there would be an almost plain color for the fragment of the picture. As a result, after assembly it turned out to be a very colorful canvas, which does not fit into our interior. In addition, there is a seam on the skin !!! the junction of images, which is very striking.

We ordered the most expensive accessories from the catalog, as a result, the doors are closed every other time! The back wall of one of the cabinets was not installed at all, now there is a box with a hole in it! And the most important thing! 2 months we write to the Maria kitchen service center, we cut off the hot lines that turn out to be cold! There is no backlash! So companies do not care about customers! But in our time, you can’t behave like that, among many competitors, with such success, tomorrow you will not have anyone, dear Maria!

Prior to my last order, I had a very positive experience working with Maria, I ordered 4 kitchen sets from them over the past few years, I was always happy with the attitude, the quality of the furniture, the quality of the logistics and assembly service.

But not at this time. At the company’s office on Varshavskoye Shosse, I placed an order for the manufacture of furniture (wall in the living room, dressing room and hallway) in a one-room apartment (agreement No. 001-0300-03461 / sw dated September 2, 2018). According to the contract, delivery and assembly were to be October 08. At the end of September, I called manager Svetlana Komarova and she said that the delivery was delayed until October 15. On October 14, having called the office, I found out that the delivery was again delayed until October 25. In connection with the next postponement of the delivery date, the head of the office, Natalia Ikonnikova, offered free furniture installation as compensation, of which an additional contract was signed, according to which the deadline was again shifted to October 27.

By calling the company’s office on October 26 and talking with Alexander Zakharov (logistics department), it became clear once again that the delivery and assembly dates were again rescheduled, already on October 31.
All this time, my 80-year-old dad is forced to live in an apartment AT ALL WITHOUT FURNITURE !! The total indifference, the disregard of managers, directors and logisticians, who do not consider it their duty to call or warn, nor apologize for the delay, or offer alternative delivery and installation options, is striking. The logistics department at 17 o’clock is no longer working, nobody cares about you, when you try to contact the Director again, but she just does not pick up the phone. And does not consider it necessary to call back.

I categorically do not recommend this company to anyone. They will forget about you immediately after signing the contract. You will be doomed to run around and find out the fate of your furniture, by the way, not cheap, and your money!

The contract number is 001-0553-00556. The first complaint was written on the day of installation. According to the scheme that we signed, the location of the sink is one, but in reality it is different. We were denied a solution to this situation, explaining that it was just a Scheme and the right document at the factory . Which we won’t see. Secondly, today, September 21, I noticed that after 2 months of using the kitchen, cabinet boards swelled over the hob. Now I’m waiting for a call from the service manager. By the way, the kitchen cost 240 thousand without appliances. I will never advise these Kitchens to anyone!
