Then it became more interesting, they chose the day of delivery, they brought it to us, but suddenly they realized that the countertop does not fit in the freight elevator. Marina service center called me and said that they would solve this problem this way: we’ll agree with the loaders and pickers and they will lift them into the stairwell!
I clarified right away, maybe it’s worth making a joint in another place, and making this long part shorter, and lengthen the other and then everything fits in the elevator, which I was told no, we won’t cut it like that! Well, I arrived again the other day on the square, the road to it takes 1.5 hours. They bring a countertop and say: we won’t lift it like that, we’ll be fired, we don’t have the right to do safety!
We call the service, and he is at the exit, another girl answered and said we take the countertop again and saw it, what’s the matter, you couldn’t do it right away ???? Then I demanded that we do everything all in one day, and bring in the countertops and assemble the kitchen (only the countertop and var. Surface remained).
Then it’s even funnier, we wait again, they call, they say everything is ready, but they don’t do everything for us in a day, well, we agreed to deliver the countertops from 17-20: 00 and assemble the next day at 9:00. We are going there by 5 p.m. to wait for our priceless countertop, they call us and say: we just left Moscow, we don’t know when we will be with you, mb at 22-23: 00, fine, we have to sit there and wait when they deign to come.
I called the hotline, Victoria answered 05/01/19 said she’ll clarify now, I hung on the phone for about 5 minutes, then I just threw it off, I called everything back, the working day is over !!

4) you have to explain the problem 10 times, no one is transmitting anything. They speak on the phone: we have recorded, we will transmit and will contact you! Then someone calls back who knows nothing and has to tell again!
5) do not take into account the possibility of lifting, because of which, too, discomfort to the buyer.
During this period, absolutely nothing bad happened to the kitchen, I hope this will continue.
