They bought a corner sofa “Reloti Gold” in the company’s Laguna factory store, and then bought a chair from the same set a couple of months later. At the time of purchase, the dream was given a warranty card, but, unfortunately, I lost it, or maybe threw it away. I didn’t think it would be useful. But after six months, I noticed that in one corner of the sofa a corner of the frame protrudes, even the fabric began to be wiped. Apparently there was put a little foam.
I went to the store where I took furniture. Without much hope, since there was no warranty card. Imagine my surprise when the manager contacted the warranty department of the factory, they renewed my lost coupon and filled out an application to call the master. A day later, a young guy came home, examining the sofa, said replaceable.
Two days later, they called from the factory and said that there was no such fabric and I can choose another fabric from which they will sew new upholstery for the sofa and armchair to look harmonious.
