A wonderful kitchen and company would have been if not for a few very large and not very BUT.
First, the pros:
1. The kitchen is very beautiful and 100% consistent with the ordered samples
2. At the time of assembly, it turned out that one of the cabinets was not made in size (not our fault), it was remade somewhere in a month.
3. The pickers are excellent, assembled professionally, everything is level, you can’t find fault.
And now for the disadvantages:
1. After a year and a half, the edge exfoliated on 3 cabinets in the areas of the slab.
2. The hinged cabinet door sagged over the stove.
3. The door fell off on one wall cabinet. Apparently, the door, under its own weight, slowly pulled out the upper hardware fastener and tilted heavily. Unaware of this, I climbed to tighten the screws and at that moment she collapsed. It was very lucky that this happened at that moment and I managed to grab the door. Otherwise, it could collapse suddenly and extremely painfully.
4. And the most important drawback, the Licarion company does not fulfill its warranty obligations.
Quote from their reply:
"In the photographs you provided and the results of the exit
Reclamation specialist defects on the facades (edge peeling)
are the result of improper use of furniture. Details (facades)
have a pronounced defect in delamination of the edge, which in turn
occurred due to excessive heat exposure or steam.
Upon a defect in the sidewall, this defect is acquired
character during the operation of furniture. "
And I could not imagine that having ordered far from the largest kitchen for some 200 thousand rubles, I will receive unsubscribe, with the wording incorrect operation, thermal effects, etc.
What did I order? The kitchen? The kitchen. Are they cooking in the kitchen? They are cooking. Cook on what? On the stove of course! And the stove, as we well know, is a heating device emitting an elevated temperature. So why did not the comrades from this organization design their product so that it could be used for its intended purpose, i.e. to cook?
The door fell off on a cabinet, which was opened at best once a month. Apparently, it fell off under its own weight, due to the short self-tapping screws on which it was screwed.
And I would understand all this if I ordered this product for 50 thousand in the nearest basement from Uncle Vasya, but not for 200 thousand rubles.
For relatives, under the same conditions, the kitchen from a chain store is three times cheaper and nothing falls off and does not peel off due to thermal effects. How so?
Sorry, but for what kind of money?
Z.Y. I admit, I’m a sucker, I was addicted to "Expensive means good." I would know in advance, I ordered where it is cheaper.
Minuses
Peel off the edge
Doors fall off
Warranty Not Fulfilled
