Unfortunately, I have an unpleasant experience in purchasing Dryad’s kitchen from a dealer of IP Cherchiev Vladimir Ibragimovich in a store at the following address: Moscow, st. Leninsky Sloboda, d.26, MC “Roomer”, purchase and sale agreement of MGU1 397 dated 03/31/2019. It all started perfectly, with promises to fulfill luxurious, high-quality furniture for individual sizes, taking into account the peculiarities of the curvature of walls, corners, baseboards, etc.
I trusted the professionals in my field, but in the end I was deeply disappointed. Reason: during installation, the installers did not deign to leave and observe a distance of 60 centimeters between the cabinets, where the hood should have been installed! When the day came to install the hood, they found that it would not intervene, because instead of 60 cm, according to the project, in fact we have a distance of 59.4 cm, and the hood is 59.8 cm long. I contacted the dealer with this problem both in writing and by phone.
They promised to find out why this happened and fix the problem. Along the way, it turned out that the cabinets were more by a couple of mm. and are different from the project agreed upon and approved by the client. And in total it turns out 0.6 mm., Which is not enough for the hood. But at the same time, the dealer denied to the last and denies that these mm. GOST permissible and the reason is in your curved walls, provided that the kitchen, by individual standards and the dealer measurer, measured all the features of the walls and angles that were reflected and provided to the project manager.
She began to study measurements on her own and found out that the project manager had calculated everything end-to-end, where she did not take into account either the angles: on the one hand, the angle was 90.1, and on the other 90.5. Or did not take into account the particularities of the production of the factory, that they can do more.
Unfortunately, an adequate and intelligible reason why this did not happen, it was only the accusations against me that my curved walls were to blame, but not the dealer and they said they were not obliged to measure the cabinets and the distance for the hood, because it was not bought from them. Having received such an answer, I was shocked to say the least, and realized that I had contacted a petty individual entrepreneur who would never admit her guilt!
Where does the factory look, why do you allow such unscrupulous entrepreneurs to scoff at customers and encourage failure to fulfill their obligations under the contract ?! Moreover, having not received an answer for his first claim, a second one arose. Less than 3 weeks of use, chips on the facades were found on the lower cabinets !!! Outrage and horror! And they arose because the facade is located close to the integrated aluminum hidden handle and touches it!
Whose mistake is it, factory installer? After all, it’s not the first day you have made and installed at what stage the failure occurred? Explain, explain, since the dealer also did not receive an adequate response, and the next portion of negativity and accusations that this happened during improper operation !!! Bullshit !!!
It will already be 2 months, but there is no decision and no action !!!
I urge people who would like to order the kitchen of the Dryad factory to consider whether to contact dealers. Since they do not care, they already work under a well-known name and the main thing is to make a profit here and now and do not work for long and promising relationships with customers! Any sneeze / sneeze according to the price, provided that the kitchen is not cheap and I'm sure that all expenses are already included.
Dealers do not have gauges / installers in their staff, these people are invited from outside, they are not taught the features of the installation of kitchens in the Dryad factory, these people are simply self-taught, but why do you dealers represent them as professionals in their field. It’s better to go and order kitchens directly to manufacturers and where the customer’s attitude towards customers is built on the principle of honesty, transparency, convenience, quickness, individual approach and reactive reaction to problems!
It is a pity that the factory does not care and they do not filter and do not control the work of their representatives !!! People value your time and money!

It will be a plus if the dealer fulfills its obligations in accordance with the contract and eliminates the deficiencies that have arisen.
Minuses
1. Less than 3 weeks of use, the facade has deteriorated (photo attached)
2. When closing, the doors slam with sound, provided that closers are installed, blum hinges.
