1. Burning duration of 1.5 hours no more. It is necessary to sit at home and attach every 1.5 hours.

2. There is no fitting for connecting the sensor of automatic inclusion Ten.

4. Firewood should be shallow 35-38 cm long. And with a single load of them 4 logs are few.

5. The spark arrestor is not functional from the pipe. Spark arrester is not functional; these are consequences of compactness.

6. The internal diameter of the pipe sandwich is 20 cm, but be sure to lay out the first 2 meters from the boiler with a brick, this is additional heat and the sandwich does not overheat. 10. Due to the frequent stacking of firewood, more space is needed in the boiler room for a day's supply. RUF briquettes are better, burn longer, it flares up easily with one newspaper, the package is compact, the boiler is cleaner. Pellets did not try, to carry far.

11. The pipe should be more than 5 m high, I have exactly 5 m and a little, poor draft in cloudy weather, and constantly putting smoke out of the firebox when putting it in, sometimes fire, I set my beard on fire !!!!!

Minuses

Look at the boiler with a larger and longer firebox, then knotty firewood will be poked in and a bucket of coal can be poured over the firewood for a day. Do not turn on all the shadows at the same time, the rest of the household appliances (washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, water heater) may fail.

The boiler was purchased 4 years ago. 2 years drowning wonderfully, and then the circles of hell began. We drown with wood and coal. The area of the house is 80 sq.m. First, tar deposits started in the firebox, then a sandwich pipe clogged with soot, and then the inside of the sandwich generally shrunk from the heat (the inner walls converged and the passage narrowed practically) the boiler stopped heating, all the smoke went into the stoker. The 4 meter pipe was completely replaced, but since then the pipe has become clogged with soot and it had to be cleaned 1-2 times a week. A year passed and the pipe disappeared again. Now we bought a sandwich stainless steel + galvanization (it was completely stainless steel). Again you need to change. Please answer the question why this happens?

We bought the Cooper 20 boiler last year, and are generally happy with the boiler, but I must say about some points that you should know before buying. The boiler is accentuated as solid fuel, and this is its main use, and so the boiler has a large number of heat pipes in the chamber and the water instantly becomes on the verge of boiling for natural gas where the flame is regulated, this boiler is more suitable than for wood and coal, I set it from the very beginning The buffer capacity of 880 liters, of course, for such a productive boiler can be supplied with 3000 liters, and since the light in the village can be turned on, the capacity saves from an accident.

With briquettes it’s easier to put them into the furnace and forget about the boiler for 12 hours, but our briquettes have risen in price and probably have to refuse, the buffer tank is homemade, it heats up 1 hour to 80 degrees from firewood in this boiler it is irreplaceable but dangerous if it’s not on gas or pellets where the fuel supply is tightly regulated with buff. there are no such problems with the tank, I also do not advise putting the pump between the tank and the boiler, with the pump the reliability decreases if the electricity is turned off even for 10 minutes the boiler can boil. Puff. the capacity is suitable and if the boiler is running on gas in case of repair work hours 8 heat you have provided. Of course, the boiler is wonderful, but the firebox is even better if it was deeper as the heat sinks take enough firebox volume.

OK-15 boiler, in operation for 4 years, 3 heating elements of 3 kW each are built in, a 9 kW control panel is installed. Considering that I live in a garden, where at a load of 6-7 kW per house it is not possible to use other appliances, I consider the use of heating elements to be useless. When two heaters are working, the boiler gains a temperature of 55-60 degrees, which is enough to maintain heat (the house is well insulated), while the same light installed in the boiler room shines twice as bad as usual.

I usually drown with wood, the size of which really needs to be selected, periodically I use coal, from which there is a lot of soot and a specific smell. I bought RUF briquettes (65 rubles a pack, a pack of 12 pieces) and Pinky Kay (75 rubles a pack of 12 pieces) from the use of which I was satisfied, the consumption of firewood was 2-3 times more. When buying a boiler, I purchased a pellet burner (not automatic) and a 35 liter tank if I am not mistaken. A tank full of pellets, which is about 35-40 kg, lasts for 30 hours, while the temperature in the boiler is more than 70 degrees (depending on the grates available in the configuration, the temperature can be maintained from 50 to 90 degrees).

Given the cost of high-quality pellets (without bark admixture), about 160 rubles per 20 kg bag, the operation of the boiler becomes not very profitable. Currently, I burn cut pallets in the boiler, which are available in sufficient quantities, using RUF briquettes in parallel. In the 2-3 day absence in the winter, the house cools down to 13-14 degrees, while living I support 24-25. I live in Yekaterinburg. I hope someone comes in handy if you ask questions. I want to thank the Siberians for not letting me freeze this winter. Background, in the house there was a home-made boiler with a pipe, heated with coal. This let us down. This winter, after the New Year's holidays, the boiler exploded, well, there was nobody at home, I’ve done business.

I had to change the boiler, the choice was about 15 thousand small, but found several options. Some models were such that it seemed two scoops of coal only enter the furnace. Stumbled upon the boiler Kupper Practitioner on 14 kW. What did you like in the boiler? The furnace is large, the grate is not iron but cast iron! The holes in the side for heating the room will not be superfluous. It is made soundly, compact, and this is important, the old boiler took the place of half a kitchen.

He put the boiler in the twentieth of January. There were no problems with the installation. When I put it, I noticed that a heating element of 6 kW was installed in the boiler, that's a surprise, I did not expect that in the boiler for 16 thousand dollars there was also a heater as a gift! Since it happens that we do not have time to throw coal at lunch, and in the evening I already bought the remote control for Ten with a glance. Now, as the charcoal burned out and the temperature fell, the heater is switched on. The tariff is therefore not expensive.

I drown most often with coal, coal is different from dust to large stones with a fist, then it burns longer. The ash pan is very large, I take out the slag twice a day, in the morning and in a merry-go-round, very convenient. The neighbor has a small fax, so he was tormented with him, well, I did not look that way. In general, when I took the boiler, only Teplodar seemed from the cheapest to be the largest and most convenient.

I put a draft regulator with a chain on the boiler, it’s very convenient, though I picked up the tedious position of the damper for two days. I think that Cooper Practitioner 14 will work out his money one hundred percent. It happens that instead of coal I’m burning wood, I brought a lot of slab in the autumn, so this boiler eats everything! The slab on the circular cut into large pieces, so the biggest ones get into my kupper practitioner. So I warmly put a tepodara from Novosibirsk for their 14 kW practical boiler, Kupper Practice.

In March of this year, installed this unit in the country. The house is light, but without bridges of cold. The windows are plastic. Area about 90 sq.m. Wiring "Leningradka" single-circuit, with an electric pump. Aluminum radiators 7 pcs. Direct-flow chimney through the ridge about 6.5 m. The draft is excellent. We drown "our" pine wood. Those. sawn boards and bars. Add birch briquettes. The temperature throughout the house keeps evenly. Now at 0 on the street in the house 22 degrees.There is only one problem - the lack of experience with such stoves!

Drowns very powerfully. You gape a little, and the temperature creeps to a hundred. Well, the pressure, respectively, to 2.5. You have to be very careful. It burns out very quickly, but this is a problem of fuel (boards). Briquettes burn much longer in quiet mode. When the boiler flares up well, you have to clean the traction with a rotary gate. And then even sparks fly into the pipe. A boiler is installed in the hallway of the house with all the equipment. Everything is very compact and looks pretty. One problem, you have to constantly wipe the floor (tile). Soot when opening the stove one way or another gets on it. In a word, we are pleased with the boiler!
