NO WARRANTY FOR SANTEK BATH

At the beginning of 2016, we purchased the SANTEK acrylic bathtub model Cannes 150 × 150. There were no problems during the year. However, by the end of the year, while her husband was bathing (weighing 95 kg.), A crack about 10 cm wide appeared in the corner at the bend of the bathroom. According to the warranty, we turned to sellers who sent a specialist to us. The specialist photographed the defect and announced that he would send them to Moscow. In general, after 2 months we were informed that the defect has a mechanical sign of damage and does not apply to warranty obligations. That is, there was no objectivity, despite our sincere assurances about the appearance of a crack arbitrarily during bathing.

Attention EVERYTHING: do not believe the SANTEK warranty. A respected company will not do that. Please forward to all friends.

Firstly, on the sides there was interspersed material, the seller said that this was not a marriage and was allowed, the screen and the bath itself had a different radius, therefore it stands crookedly with respect to the bath, on one side it is shorter than the side, and sticks out on the other, also with paint, with which the logo is written all in a mess, it’s well wiped off, Sanfayans ordered the same company, hoping that everything will be the same color, but the sink and bath were mistaken do not fit at all in color (((Sellers believe that I am too com demanding and nitpicking, but I do not agree, I want to get for my money what I count on, and not complete disappointment ....

They decided to start the repair in the new apartment with a bathroom. We were lucky that the room was quite spacious and you can install an unusual bath. I have long dreamed of an angular configuration.

I chose the company Santek, as the warranty period is 10 years. Not every manufacturer will give guarantees for low-quality goods. Indeed, over 4 years no surface damage has occurred, although we use it quite often (small child).

Stylish model. Side screen with relief. The bathtub looks organic and spectacular. Keeps water warm well. The presence of an internal seat is very comfortable during operation. The bathtub is so good and attractive that my friends without regret said goodbye to the shower and bought the same model.

I bought an acrylic bathtub Monaco XL, guided by reviews of quality acrylic. The material is really durable, can be cleaned with a minimum amount of detergent for washing dishes, it has not turned yellow and the gloss is pleasing with its luster. The price of the product quite suited me. What more could you wish for a happy customer!
The good mood from the purchase deteriorated when I decided to use it.

The spacious tank actually turned out to be a cramped “vessel” in which my average physique was difficult to fit. It's all about the size of the sides: the headrest is 13 cm, the drain is 11 cm, on the sides is 10 cm. So, calculate how much useful space is eaten by the sides. The positive side of the breadth of the sides: on them you can put objects with any width of the bottom, without fear I can sit on the edge of the bath.
