But the time difference with delivery, different styling methods .. generally did not want to bother. It turns out that at the same time it was necessary that the floor was waterproof, not afraid of the cold on the balcony, and not afraid of furniture, because during cleaning in the kitchen you need to move cabinets, cabinets and all that. In the process of searching, I found the site of a local manufacturer of Rome (I am from a suburb of Tomsk). They promised that you can buy directly at the factory, fireproof, not afraid of furniture, spilled water and, in general, all the benefits of underfloor heating in one product.

Of course, I did not believe it, because the production of Russia, what can you expect? But there was no particular choice, Korean thermofilm did not fit, I found a bunch of negative reviews on the Internet about floors of other manufacturers. but about these only a couple of positive and no more information. Water floors in a new building cannot be done at all.

I laid this warm floor in three places - in the bathroom, on the loggia, in the kitchen. At the factory, I specifically checked the bathroom floors for water resistance. They arranged a whole experiment. It was fun but a little awkward. They have been working for a year and a half, it's warm on the loggia, everything is fine.

The spouse selected the temperature regulator carefully, took a programmable and not in vain. It is a pleasure to use it, and most importantly there is protection from children.
I'm happy with the floor, our child is crawling on it, and I am sure that he will not freeze. He eats up a lot of energy, but not so much that I can give up these sexes. After 15 minutes of work, pleasant warmth is felt underfoot, so I advise you to buy it for yourself.

The company was chosen for a long time, as a result they settled on the Swedish Thermomat brand. They took a mat of 4 sq.m., the width is 800 cm. It is convenient to mount the mat, the cable lies straight, does not move anywhere. If necessary, you can trim the base to give the desired shape. A tile was laid on top of the mat. It was hard to glue it, as sometimes it just did not stick in places where the cable passes. To avoid this, I had to put glue in large quantities.

The floor does not heat up quickly, but it warms up and holds heat remarkably. He naturally does not heat all the tiles, but only those under which the cable lies, the rest remain cold.
