They chose for a long time, read reviews (in the end, they realized that half of them are written by the manufacturers themselves), talked with neighbors and we were advised to opt for Neoclima film infrared floors - in particular, they chose completely self-regulating infrared floors Neoclima Carbon +. There is an analogue, but much more expensive (this is Kaleo Platinum thermal film - it is more expensive, and also the same).

In general, they bought (we were given a small discount and a temperature regulator as a gift for the promotion), I installed it myself - everything is put as simple as possible, and connected our electrician in the village. In general, these warm floors are scalded normally! We worried at first that they would not save - but in vain worried. Even our electrician showed us on the device how energy consumption drops when heating - from 230 it fell to almost 50 watts!

And he didn’t get any worse, but on the contrary - he already steamed his hand! In general, we like it, now there are no problems with heating in the off-season, we recommend using them to everyone who does not want to pay big bills for electricity, but wants to get maximum comfort for their money.

It’s very easy to install, it really saves electricity, we got a thermostat as a present and we got an additional discount for the quantity (we installed this floor throughout the house - our two bedrooms and our children, entrance hall and children's granddaughter), the price is of course a little more expensive than if you take ordinary thermal film but in the end, this difference was cleared for us in 2 months.

Now we save and earn!) At the neighbor the usual film eats three times more! By the way, it turned out cheaper than the similar sex at the company koleo - we gave cheaper for 9 thousand it turned out. Decently!

In winter, the temperature never dropped below 3 degrees. minimal consumption. I planted home-made terminals on the film with clerical grommets (a very reliable contact is obtained). I use 5 years no complaints.

For ourselves, we chose a film floor, since the draft floor is made of wooden logs. It must be borne in mind that the film floor can not be installed under furniture, it can simply overheat from such pressure. Therefore, it is best to install it in a free space from furniture.

Programmable thermostats were installed in all rooms. The floor was first turned on after about 1.5 months, since the installation was in the summer, and there was no need for a warm field.

At first, I liked everything, on average per month, an additional 400 rubles burned out for light. But then the problems began. after about 9 months, he stopped heating the floor in the bathroom. Then in the kitchen the floor became unclear how to warm, in different zones the temperature was different, and solid. And after a section of the floor, together with a temperature sensor, ordered to live for a long time, the wrap of light increased sharply. So there is no question of any savings here. 15 year warranty? Bullshit full of floors and a year did not work normally.

Although the floor is laid without screed, only under the floor covering, we were advised by a familiar craftsman to lay a protective film on top of the mounted floor, which protects the floor from moisture when the tile laying process is in progress. After completion of all work, the floor was turned on only a month later.

In winter, they warmed themselves with the floor without any problems. In the city there is an official representative from whom you can buy components without problems. The only thing we took separately is a temperature regulator, we have chosen for ourselves a more functional and modern one.
