This spring, I chose a mattress in my bedroom in a new apartment. And as usual, when you have experience, you understand that they don’t save on their backs. The last mattress from Shatura for 10 years was rather a disappointment, all the while it was scary in the middle.

In general - it was decided - we choose the best mattress on the market! I lay absolutely on all manufacturers in Moscow - and Ascona and Perrino and Consul and Ormatek, in general, really everything.

Even then, I saw Toris salons close and everyone told me that they were bankrupt, but my body liked the Egoist M1 mattress (retail 66t.r. with an 18% discount).

I ordered, they called saying that there was no 100% cotton, but then they did it later, they brought it and I forgot, because not yet moved, lies to himself and lies.

Next - I wanted to make the height of the berth according to the American standard - not 50 cm but 70 cm, because I’m used to that it’s much more convenient to get up without straining with a mess. with 50 cm on the other hand, it’s barely barely possible, because knees above 50 cm. Who came up with such a standard is still surprised. To do this, I made a special order for the bed, so that the height of the lat was 40 cm, so that the total height of the berth was 40 + 26 cm (declared thickness of the mattress) = 66 cm.

And then, by chance looking at this lying sealed mattress, I decided to measure it.

Imagine my surprise when I saw that the thickness of this mattress was 65 tr. with nat latex, 7 zone orthopedic spring unit for 2000 springs per meter - only 20 (!!!) cm, like any ordinary mattress for 10 tr !!!

I began to write complaints - they answered me that I was measuring incorrectly, that a 1-2 cm difference is permissible.

I tried it right.Really not enough 6 (!!!) cm.

And what is asked, they did not report there?

How to sleep on such a defective mattress now, knowing that there is definitely a layer on two sides (I suspect the most expensive is natural latex, I guess .... That is, I bought for 66t ... a folding bed! !!

And - lo and behold - on September 13th I received an answer that my mattress was recognized as a marriage and a new mattress will be made for me in 21 days (clarifying that the law is 45 days old).

What we have? Today is December 11 (it's 90 days, a minute)

I have neither a converted mattress nor money.

They also informed me that they did not have 100% cotton, and then they said that they could not make 100% cotton at all.

I, under all consumer protection laws, asked for a refund.

After that there was silence.

What infuriates me most is that even after the official recognition of a product as a marriage, no one even bothered to explain why

this happened, no one is trying to solve the problem, they simply stop responding to legal requirements !!!

It is impossible to get through on any phone, although the site is selling pre-sale Egoit M1 mattresses with an 18% discount for 66t.r. (160 to 200)

So I conclude - in vain I did not listen to everyone who discouraged buying a toris mattress, Perrino also has 2000 springs for

meter, thickness 35 cm and costs the same money.

Toris bought a mattress back in 2006. I don’t remember the model! Height 20 cm, with coconut coir on both sides with different rigidity of the sides, winter-summer. There are handles on the sides for easy turning of the mattress. She slept and enjoyed all these years. Only 1.5 years ago, the springs began to fail or maybe something else in the foot part of the mattress. His fate was not easy, and the child jumped and survived two moves. So I can confidently say that the quality is excellent! There was no smell from the very beginning.

Nothing changes in sensations, although we have been sleeping for almost a year. Both me and my husband are not petty. Before him, we had a latex mattress Sultan from Ikea about 10cm thick, good, but not like that. And attention to who sweats in a dream: there is no foam in the case, cotton, and you can choose natural cotton or linen top fabric. This is rarely seen today. In general, the choice was offered to lay camel wool and silk under the fabric, and the fabrics are different. But if you do not overpay, cotton and classic jacquard suit me very much. And yet - I don’t remember the smell, only the film stinked and that’s it. We slept normally the first night.

In order to facilitate the choice for those faced with this problem, I am writing this review. We chose a mattress with conditions of at least 20 cm thick, maximum natural materials, size 160 to 200. We looked at several companies, there were attractive offers from one of the companies with an interesting price, but consultants !!! Twice came to the salon talked with different consultants and had to explain to them what mattresses they have in stock.

Now about Toris. At first, he received a consultation himself, then brought his wife. TC Cruise on the Commandant in St. Petersburg. The manager very sensibly told about all the mattresses, unfortunately there are no documents at hand, I don’t remember the name. The choice was stopped on a springless Mega 21 with different rigidity of the parties. Frankly (because of what, I decided to write a review). Very strained reviews on the Internet with straight wild smells from the mattresses of this manufacturer. I immediately warned the manager that I won’t even take a “smell”. Upon receipt, he opened the film and was ready for a sharp blow of the smell, but this did not happen, moreover, he sniffed it directly, did not immediately feel anything. The quality and equipment were excellent, everything was in accordance with the order. At night, when nosing in March and stirring, a slight smell emanated, as you step on a mushroom and spores fly out from it. They didn’t cover with a blanket for two days; today I no longer hear the smell. For the rest, I’m satisfied with everything; nothing presses on the couch. At night, practically stopped waking up (before you track something down and starts to go numb). In general, it was not in vain that we stopped at Toris. You can rest assured that the mattresses (at least in the middle price category) are good. We’ll see what happens next. A week and a half passed. Everything is fine.

And the most important thing is that they select the mattress for you, and not in order to get involved. Large selection of fabrics. The mattress was chosen with independent springs, they brought it in 3 days. Before buying a mattress, I read reviews and first I was wary of Toris. Everyone wrote about the smell, but my mattress published those. smell for an hour. And this is understandable, because buying any new thing, and even more so furniture, those. the smell is present. Of course, in our world the competition is huge, therefore it’s clear where the reviews come from towards Toris. Thanks for the mattress, I think the child will buy.

We bought a mattress at Toris six months ago, in April. We took a model with independent springs and coconut and latex - Modus Plus. Contract No. 15 - 0426/152, in the Grand Shopping Center. The mattress is very good. Strong stitched. Durable, heavy. We sleep on it without hind legs. Tight, but very tender. I’ve been lying on him with bliss for six months now. The back has ceased to hurt - this is not a joke, because from the last mattress, I crawled on crusts, my back was trembling. They chose Toris, because earlier they bought from their parents a mattress. They were very pleased. In addition, it was important for me that the mattress was truly orthopedic, and not with orthopedic effect, aha-aha .... as a curd product instead of curd.It has two seasonal sides - summer / winter, and where summer is - there is coconut and harder, and where winter - there is a softer side. They brought us quickly, after three days we were already sleeping on the mattress, our old movers also took away. No pungent smell, as it is written here, was not met at all. The only negative is that the mattress is a little expensive, but tolerable - they gave 38,000, but I do not regret it at all, although at first it was scary to part with such an amount. My husband liked that in the mattress there is an opportunity to choose a spring. We took more stringent than the standard - this is called F2 stiffness.

They took a Format-14 mattress, after unpacking (it was packed in a roll), and after 3 days it did not straighten out, on the surface of the pit and folds. They spent a lot of energy and nerves to change, but the second mattress behaved no better, and after a lapse of even a month it did not straighten out. And even worse - he seemed to be stretched out and the edges protrude beyond the edges of the bed. You can sleep, but the sediment remains. Unhappy with the purchase.

Bought 3 mattresses TORIS - for a total of 128,000 rubles. The price is not at all small .... but it is impossible to sleep on these mattresses !!! They AWESOME STINK (there is no other word ...) the mattresses were bought in a new country house, so the whole family did not sleep all night, it was impossible to breathe, even with the windows open, and it wasn’t May in the street. ... The whole house stank, like in a chemical warehouse!
They wrote a claim ... Let them take their mattresses and return the money! That's terrible!!!. We will see!
