I will start from the very beginning and leave my true and true review about the Ormatek Ocean Max mattress.
Long chose a mattress, probably more than a month. I lay on mattresses of different companies, but most of all it was Ocean Max mattress from Ormatek company that sank into my soul, the sensations, as it seemed then - cosmic, like on a cloud, in general, I fell in love with him right away.
After some time, about a month, I matured for the purchase, ordered and paid for it 02.09.2019 with a 30% discount.
He cost me 50,000 rubles., He also took a cover for a Dry Elastic mattress for 3000 rubles. for a test drive service for 90 days (so that you can exchange the mattress, if this is not suitable for stiffness, for example).
So what do you think ?! 09/07/2019 at about 5 p.m. they brought me this Ocean Max miracle mattress from Ormatek. At my request, the couriers opened the packaging of the mattress with me and laid it on the bed. I signed the documents and they left.
In less than half an hour, the mattress began to stink terribly, I repeat, do not smell !!! and stink the whole apartment with a sharp chemical smell, despite the fact that I have a 5-month-old baby in my house.
Ormatek company, do you realize what you are doing? Have you brought a piece, perhaps even a carcinogen, of the strongest chemistry to the house where the little baby is? I even had asthma attacks and nausea. Thanks to the neighbors, we removed this chimos on our loggia, I note a tree lined, which already today 09/09/2019 all smell of terrible chemistry from this infernal mattress, and this is with 2 windows open.
It’s interesting that they put such “anti-allergenic” into these “wonderful mattresses that such a stench costs. Maybe carcinogens? Or maybe even worse than that? It’s possible that it’s even life-threatening, judging by the hellish stench and symptoms that I came in. For the first time in my life I inhaled such a pungent chemical odor, in short, to say that I was in shock was to say nothing.
This is the first time I see such an attitude towards clients. This mattress has been standing on my balcony for the second day and is poisoning me and my child, we are sitting barricaded on all sides and it only saves us that it is not -35 on the street and we often try to leave the house for fresh air.
To the manager Eugenia, I immediately reported the problem on 09/07/2019 at 17:51, that is, even an hour has not passed since the delivery.
Not respected company Ormatek, not that it did not solve my problem, with which I came to their salon, but created new additional problems for me. They see such an approach to customers.
At the moment, on the Internet on the Ocean Max mattress, there is NOT A BAD bad review, not one !!! I think that this is not fair, so I post my own. It is a pity that the monitors do not transmit the smell !!!
If the mattress is not taken out of my balcony on September 10, 2019, I will bring it to the Ormatek salon where I was bought.
It’s good that I had the mind not to buy a bed from them, although I thought for a very long time to get a bed and pillows. I will never purchase the products of this company again, which I recommend to you. Do not think that it will carry it anyhow, no, it will not carry it, I also thought that everything would be wonderful, but for the second day I’ll sleep on bare boards and breathe the smell of a chemical mattress that stands on the balcony and poison my family.
Never buy anything from Ormatek, especially the Ocean Max mattress.
