Installed during repair in the bathroom, as the wife loves a warm floor - it was turned on by 25 degrees and worked almost all year round. Turned off only on hot summers. The bathroom is always warm and dry. Sprays on the floor dry out before our eyes. Heats evenly without “stripes” hotter / colder. At 2.5 years, it was turned off during warming (warmed up), and when it cooled down (after a couple of days), it did not turn on. Directly also did not turn on, the thermostat is working.
The floor itself, connectors, wires and thermostat were purchased "branded", installed by the construction company during the repair. When applying for a guarantee, the first question was “were the floors installed correctly and by certified workers?” As it turned out, certified in principle (in the Samara region) no. Further questions such as how to present the floors so that you can decide whether they are installed correctly and whether they fall under the guarantee, have remained unanswered. Googling realized that this is the norm.
pros
Warm evenly, not afraid of "locking".
Minuses
They burn not one rod, but the mat completely fails. A guarantee is nothing more than an advertising fiction.
