Hitachi DH26PC - powerful!
A comment
I am engaged in electrical work, and by type of activity I just needed a normal hammer drill. So I decided to buy a Hitachi DH26PC, previously I used simpler models.

The equipment is scarce, it includes: a suitcase, the puncher itself, and that’s all.
The perforator is a wonderful ditch, while this applies to both concrete and brick. The device fully justifies the cost, I don’t feel sorry for the money given for it, it paid off for me completely after 3 orders. It works powerfully and smartly, the puncher copes with all assigned tasks.

At the moment, this is the best device of all that I managed to work with for a fairly long period of time. I advise everyone who needs a hammer drill for professional work, for home you can find it easier - cheaper equipment, without frills.

Hitachi DH22PH rotary hammer: optimal for amateurs, unsuitable for professionals
A comment
For such a price, the Hitachi DH22PH rotary hammer can be considered pretty tolerable. Like many other models of the Chinese assembly, it consists of a one-piece housing, which during operation has a slightly unpleasant smell of scorched plastic. With regular lubrication, the tool does not give recoil and does not heat up. True, after 15-20 minutes of work, you have to let it cool.
This rotary hammer is quite suitable for household repairs, but it will quickly fail in industrial use. He breaks brick walls well, breaks through concrete and drills. However, when working with load-bearing structures, you have to make more efforts than when using a professional hammer drill. Nevertheless, do not forget that the cost of Hitachi DH22PH is several times lower.
pros
light weight, easy to operate, the presence of the necessary nozzles
Minuses
fast heating, specific smell
Term of use
more than one year

Hitachi DH24PC3 - quality and reliability
A comment
At one time I worked at a construction site, doing minor work, but I learned a lot from experienced craftsmen. And now I successfully use the acquired knowledge for my family. In July 2011, I bought a DH24PC3 hammer drill. I don’t even remember the price. I liked that the handle was cut off and was not mistaken, it is convenient to hold in one hand, and a long, soft cord facilitates the work. Powerful thing. I use the punchers infrequently, but over the years of service I appreciated its advantages. We live with my wife in an apartment. All construction work, do it myself. When buying a punch, the producer price was a little embarrassing. Still, Japan, and then calmed down. I have never regretted the acquisition. It works flawlessly. The blow is still powerful. One drawback is that it makes an unpleasant sound, I'm already used to it, but my wife and children do not like it. But they want beauty in the house - they endure it.
pros
functionality (three modes), lightweight, long cord
Minuses
noisy

Hitachi DH22PG rotary hammer works without any trouble for two years
A comment
I used to use Bosch punch, which I bought in Germany in the 90s, and when it came time to change, I realized that now they are all Chinese. That's why I chose the Hitachi DH22PG rotary hammer, made in Japan. We have been working "soul to soul" for two years, very ergonomic and light enough, the hand almost does not get tired. It is especially pleasing that in working with very hard materials it heats up only after 40 minutes of continuous operation, this is an excellent indicator of power. Moreover, it is difficult to work without a break for more than 40 minutes. A good plus is the presence of a long, rubber cord that helps a lot. And the price for such a punch is very reasonable. So with pleasure, if necessary in the future, I will buy myself such a model, and I will recommend it to friends.
pros
three position, long rubber cord, ergonomic, light enough
Minuses
