But the matter is the quality of the goods .. Before writing this review, I read other reviews about this sharazhki on other sites, and many of the same problem as we do - namely, defective and not quality boards in the frame of the bed. Just less than a couple of months of careful use of furniture, one of the boards cracked lengthwise in the middle (stratified) - the question is what they make these boards from ??? The saleswoman assured us that the goods are very high-quality, that they are very strong and reliable, that even her children jump on such a bed. She promised a guarantee, everything is like on their website, and they don’t have a mark and a warranty card, a sale contract is considered a guarantee (which is already very strange, they usually don’t conclude a contract with physicists, but give only a sales receipt and a warranty card. And then the contract from IE Bachurina Tatyana Aleksandrovna. This is not a furniture store, but a bunch of IPshnikov through whom the goods are sold. Here, too, when complaining to Rospotrebnadhor, it is necessary to clarify whether this is a violation of the sale of goods, because they allegedly sell furniture directly from the factory, and that it is furniture Pania (so it’s written on the website), but in fact the implementation is through a bunch of IPs (do they optimize taxes like this ?? can they even write to the tax ???) let them check all their activities, and how they are deceiving consumers by selling low-quality goods and without warranty.
The entire service on their cheap (apparently painted on a knee) site is a complete fiction. If you leave a request for a service (by name of contract and phone number), then a girl will call you back, who politely will send you to hell and hang up.
I wrote a request for a service twice, and both times they sent me away, saying that there is no guarantee for such a defect, and the stratification of the plank is a factory defect, and they do not respond to the factory defect and do not belong to it .. (I’m looking and this phone isn’t there, only mobile numbers of furniture salons ..suspiciously ....) It is a pity that I did not speak on the phone when the girl called on our application from the site ....
do not buy in these stores - these are scammers and deceivers .. they don’t have any guarantees, because they don’t give a warranty card and when they buy, they don’t give an explanation of what is included in the guarantee and what is not ... well, factory marriage is anyway guarantee .. I thought that they give a guarantee after receiving and assembling the furniture, so I came to the store when the furniture was assembled, and there they told me that there is no warranty card, that the guarantee is a sales contract .... By phone a girl (who doesn’t even introduced herself) did not say what is included in the warranty service, but only said and (as I wrote above) that the marriage of the factory is not related to them ........
