Guys are late ... 18 months warranty.
In general, you yourself chose this material, as evidenced by your signature on the contract. As if the sellers in the store said that they say we are sheathed with this material, but it is bad, and even this one is bad and this one! Everything is presented for the purpose of boiling, and then the complaint department will somehow respond and you look again, everything is sewn-up and Ascona is swimming in the profits. In no case should you take a soft headboard!

I am the owner of Ergomotion 200 * 160 RU400Q59MAS-price 59815rub. with massage, mattress Sleep Prof Milan- price 49990 rub. and other accessories for a total amount of 151067r. КшД / 0679 from 09/22/13, prices in which differ from prices on the store’s receipt, which is also a violation. After the aforementioned foundation of the house was established to me, marriage was discovered, and now the bed does not work at all. Labels are in place, which Ascona does not like, because if the labels are torn off, they can refuse the guarantee!

I wrote the first claim immediately after the purchase, then one more and one more. Each time, an expert came and took photographs and measurements, agreeing that this should not be so. "Ascona" positions itself as a company that gives on this basis an "exclusive" guarantee of 10 years.

In fact, it has passed from the moment of purchase (19-13 = 6 years), but the problem has not been solved. The scheme by which they “solve” the warranty cases is simple: the customer writes a claim, waits and does not receive a result. and then the warranty ends!

Pret. 061616-2013 from 09/23/13 - denial of satisfaction;

Pret. 06176-13 of 10/11/13 - reported on pos. the decision by replacing the goods but there were no replacements, only unsubscribe. decision;

Pret. 07692-2013 - no response; Pret. 1066277-2019 of 07.23.19- the decision has not been made.

The base has stopped working, i.e. its main purpose is lost, respectively, this product has ceased to correspond to the purpose.

My 90-year-old grandmother, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, uses the basis. I have fulfilled all the conditions for the peaceful settlement of claims against Ascona Trading House and now I have sufficient grounds for filing a lawsuit. A similar claim was written for Rospotrebnadzor with a request to accept my claim, conduct an audit and protect my rights.

This organization has long been in need of verification, since on the Internet you can find a lot of negative reviews and complaints (similar to mine) to Ascona Trading House that they violate the Law of the Russian Federation “On the Protection of Software”.

We ordered a bed and an Ascona mattress through the online store for the promotion, waited for the required month and here it is, the bed was delivered. When assembling the bed, they found that there was not enough back wall. They began to call the help desk, where they accepted our claim and politely asked us to wait, then after a week to wait for the claim to be considered, after a week to wait and so on for more than a month.

The operators are different, but the answer is one, wait !!!!! The question is what are we waiting for? Maybe this is the company’s policy, not to meet its obligations. Money is paid, and how further the client received the order or not, no one cares.

I would not recommend anyone to buy this bed - in any case, for the money (more than 40,000 rubles!). It does not cost this money either in quality or in practicality. In the manufacturer’s commercials during the assembly, everything is cool, reliable and practical. In fact, this is not so!

In addition to the tool specified in the assembly instructions, I had to arm myself with a drill with a set of drills, a hammer and a famous mother (without it, at the stage of assembling this miracle, nowhere!). The quality of the prefabricated elements of the bed is very similar to the garage!

A wide selection of colors and finishes is perhaps the only plus!

The upholstery of the sidewalls of the bed is not made with whole sheets, but consists of 3 stitched pieces of fabric. And this is when choosing one of the expensive types of upholstery (matting)! Fastening of upholstery materials is done with an ordinary furniture stapler and crooked hands! Staples stand at random! The bed was taken with a lifting mechanism. So the laundry tray is located exactly on half the bed at the feet.

The pallet itself (a piece of unevenly cut though laminated plywood) rests on 11 flimsy corners, the attachment points of which are absolutely not marked (suffer as you like) !!! No one knows how long they will last with the proposed method of fastening (one screw 3.5 x 6 mm). T-shaped rubber dampers with a leg diameter of 9.2 mm and 7.5 mm do not want to insert holes in the tightening corners in any way (I had to drill them with a 9 mm drill).

You can’t look at the so-called legs without tears - these are a total of 11 plastic buttons with a diameter of 12-14 mm and a height of about 4-5 mm. How long they will last is also a mystery, but we can say with confidence that if you have a relatively soft floor covering, for example, even if very good linoleum, then dents on it will be guaranteed. In general, with such shortcomings, the red price of this bed, along with a mattress of 20-25 thousand and no more, and everything else is nothing more than a show off !!!

When choosing a bed, I did not want to have side panels. Just a base and a mattress. In Ascona there is such a Danae bed. The design is very simple, nothing more. The pillows on the head are removable, if they interfere, you can remove them, but we sleep with them. The quality is excellent. When they collected it, we examined all the connections, all the details, there’s nothing to dig into. Upholstery without tubercles and creases, i.e. aesthetically no complaints. Even in the store noted a large color selection, we have a swamp-colored bed, and pillows are bluish with a white pattern.

Comfortable mattress

For a long time we were looking for a sleeping bed in our small apartment. I wanted to save a place, but also to maintain a healthy sleep. Mom advised to drive to Ascona. They bought a mattress there, sort of like there are sofas there. So they did. For a year now we have been enjoying a dream on a gray Karina couch. As soon as we bought a new bed in Ascon, we immediately started to use it. Under the bed now things are far from essentials. There is a lot of space inside, even the tent fits with two sleeping bags. By the way, when the base rises, the mattress does not fly off the bed.

The bed itself is strong enough, does not stagger, details do not roll in, the headboard does not move away. The upholstery is made with high quality, all corners are neatly fitted.
