52 examples of the use of green in a modern interior
Green is the color of abundance, wealth and prosperity. Although neutral colors such as white, gray or muted brown are usually used to give modern interiors a stylish look, color accents are gaining in popularity. In many cases, the difference between the most ordinary, uninhabited house and what seems attractive and warm is a light kiss of color in an elegant and delicate form. Green is one of the contrasting colors that really blends in nicely with modern interiors.

Green has such universal shades that it is usually not difficult to choose the right one. Green is a color that is an integral part of nature, therefore, as part of our home, we take it much easier than many other tones. Here are some inspirational ideas that should help you choose the right shade of green as a color accent.

Novelty air in the living room
Green as a color accent in living rooms is used relatively rarely. To paint one of the walls in a contrasting green hue is far from the only opportunity to bring color to the interior. The lightest and most aesthetic option in this regard can be contrasting fabrics. Beautiful light green curtains and cushions, an apple-green photo frame or even a houseplant in the corner will help to break out of the monotony of a neutral background. Or you can just put a glass vase of a suitable shade - it is even better and easier.

Soothing and relaxed bedrooms
As we said above, the addition of green to the interior is a very fashionable trend. Since some light shades of this color create a soothing atmosphere, they are a good choice for a bedroom. But stay away from dark and bright colors, decorating the interior of the vacation spot. Remember that the more neutral the background you choose, the greater the effect of color accents. If you want to create a unique bedroom, consider mixing two contrasting colors. Surprisingly, orange and violet blend well with various shades of green.

The perfect solution for a modern kitchen
One of the most popular color trends is the use of green in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Not that we discourage you from making it an integral part of other rooms in your home! But remember that there is a clear distinction between a kitchen where green becomes comprehensive and other rooms that use it only as an accent. Many manufacturers of modern kitchen furniture offer shaker-style cabinets that come in various shades of green. On a virgin white background they look very bright. For those who are not a supporter of extravagance, you can find a simpler solution: one or two pots of houseplants and a few green apples will be an excellent addition to the kitchen in muted colors.

Best rest
The bathroom, dining area and living room are perfectly suited to add a bit of green. In the bathroom, green looks especially tempting. You can use it as the primary color of the tiles. If you are not happy with the thought that you will have to do the repairs again, then just add gorgeous green towels to the white bathroom, and you will feel the difference almost instantly. And although green can be added in a variety of ways, from painting to decor, plants are still the best and perhaps the most popular option for this!
