My husband and I have long dreamed of building our own house.They immediately decided that we would build from wood. Firstly, it is an environmentally friendly material, and secondly, they quickly warm up and retain heat well, which saves on heating. The Architect ordered the frame house Baltschug-2K. Together with replacing the metal roof with a metal tile, strengthening the foundation and attic insulation, its cost amounted to 1,067 thousand rubles, which pleased our modest budget very much. Timing of construction also became another plus. Build a house with an area of 86 sq.m. in 25 days this, in my opinion, is an excellent result. And now, for already a year, we are happy to live in it ourselves and accommodate all our guests without any problems.

Initially, of course, they thought to build from brick, but after analyzing all the options, it became clear that the brick house has great shortcomings, this is a high cost and a long construction period. Therefore, they came to the conclusion that, nevertheless, a house made using frame technology is more suitable for us, it comes out much cheaper than a brick one, it has a shorter construction period, our Phoenix 2K Architect built us in just a month, despite the fact that we also have two floors . And also it warms up much faster, unlike the brick one, and the fortress does not cause any doubts, everything has been tested by personal experience, we have been operating it for a year now.

Sound insulation is not bad, although the house is small (only 88 square meters, although it is two-story). The house is not at all stuffy, there is ventilation and the walls breathe. Keeps the heat is not bad, I am heated by convectors, plus heated floors are installed in the bath.

The house cost me 1 million rubles, this price includes all communication, but without interior decoration. The total cost is many times cheaper than, for example, building a house of stone.

I live in a frame house for about 5 years, and I am completely satisfied with it. A skeleton can be built without significant investments, as a result of which any architectural design can be given to the house both inside and outside. You can choose any cladding, after which outwardly the frame will be difficult to distinguish from a house made of stone or brick.

Living in such a house is cozy and comfortable year-round. In winter, the house is warm, and in summer there is a pleasant coolness. The house is warming up quickly.

Among other things, the great advantage of the skeleton is a short construction cycle, it took me 4 months to do everything.Special equipment is not needed during the construction process, parts of the frame are small in size and weight.

You can live in a frame house immediately, it does not require shrinkage. So I'm completely and completely for frame houses, in my opinion this is the best choice.

They started building the house in June 2011. The builders built the house, though I controlled everything, did all the work quickly enough. My frame house turned out to be incredibly dry and warm, foam insulation was laid in the walls. The heating is stove, the house has an area of 80 sq.m., the consumption of firewood is very small. I used to live in a stone house, so it took 5 times more firewood there.

And you also need to make a separate foundation for the oven and the washer. Very strong vibration goes on the floor, as the house is light. Honestly, I missed this initially, I had to open the floors after a while and lay the foundation out of bricks.

Well, lastly, I will say that a frame house comes out at a cost not at all expensive. My cost to me with all the interior decoration, with appliances and furniture was only 1.5 million rubles. Agree is not expensive for a full house.

I live in a frame house for many years. If now it was possible to return time and decide how to build a house, then I would definitely make my choice again in favor of the skeleton. For me this is an ideal option, I built almost everything in one and I don’t know any problems with it, my frame house completely suits me.

pros

- you can build such a house very quickly, in 2-4 hands and at a cost comes out with a small cash outlay;
- building a house can be built without problems even at sub-zero temperatures, all the main processes are dry;
- very fast warming up of the house in the winter;
- not a bad saving is made on heating, since the house is thermo-tight.

Since last year I have been living in a house built according to German frame technology. He did not build it himself; he turned to a specialized company for this. But now I’ll tell you impressions about the house itself.

All wall panels were assembled in the workshop in order to prevent moisture from entering the insulation. The construction was quick, in just 3 months the panels were assembled for me. In the meantime, I was busy with the foundation. The house was assembled in just 4 days, honestly did not even expect that everything would go so quickly.

We moved in November, so the first time I was most worried that it would be cold. But soon it turned out that the skeleton holds good heat, since it was well insulated. In general, the house turned out to be warm, bright and light. Yes, and the cost is much more economical if I, for example, made it out of brick. And I’m silent about the construction dates, I advise!
