Last summer, I installed a greenhouse on a summer cottage. We collected it with my son slowly and, surprisingly, met it in half a day. The design is intuitive, all technological holes in the right places.

The greenhouse overwintered perfectly. The frame heats up like a radiator from the slightest gleam of the sun, melt the snow, and that layer moves down from the roof. It is only necessary to throw it away from the walls.

I especially want to dwell on the anti-corrosion coating. Definitely need to take a greenhouse with a galvanized frame. After almost a year on the pipes and profiles, not a single speck of rust. The neighbor’s frame is powder coated. This year, I ran around the greenhouse with a brush and tinted rusted places.

Agrosphere Titanium UTC-67 40x20 6m. Successful design, high-quality materials - galvanized pipe, all-sound profile with anti-corrosion coating. If there is a screwdriver, it is assembled in 3 hours. When assembling the structure, all the holes are exactly in place, but when hanging doors and window leaves, I had to drill almost everything, which I categorically did not like. Old holes, for tightness, filled with silicone. When attaching polycarbonate sheets, there were no problems either.
Another warning, when installing the door and vents you need to buy short screws. Those that come in the kit drill through the profile. This leads to damage to the zinc coating and generally can be very scratched.
There are no grousers and there are only 8 of them per greenhouse 6 m long. It goes 4 to the side, and the average wind blows off such a design, so you need to install it on the foundation from the beam, at least.

I bought a greenhouse last year. During the assembly process, it turned out that the thickness of the metal instead of the manufacturer's 1.2 mm 1 mm. The store did not respond to the claim, sent to the manufacturer. As a result, I had to strengthen the frame additionally. Strengthened with metal scarves from the corner. Once the greenhouse has already wintered. I can’t say that the winter was especially snowy, but the design withstood the load without stirring. Last year, the old wooden greenhouse fell into disrepair and was dismantled. There was a foundation and a strong desire to buy a new one. There are a lot of greenhouses with polycarbonate coating on the market now. We chose Bogatyr from the agricultural sector, which is suitable in size to the old foundation of 6x3m. Ordered via the Internet, delivery is fast, brought directly to the country. We collected together with my husband according to the instructions and with the involvement of the Internet. There are several videos with demonstration lessons. All metal parts are zinc plated. Holes have already been drilled in the right places. The frame itself was assembled very quickly. Carried much longer with the installation of polycarbonate sheets. Included were 4 sheets of 2x6m. on the sheets is a protective coating on which the instructions for use and any useful information are indicated. From it we learned that this particular polycarbonate has a minimum life of 5 years. According to the instructions, the protective film was removed after installation. It was removed from the ends normally, but it would have to be removed from the roof before installation, it is much more convenient.

Those who have a wooden greenhouse in the garden know what the annual ritual of film coating is. Finally, I persuaded my relatives to invest in a factory greenhouse under polycarbonate - 6x3 m. I had access to freight transport, so I didn’t order via the Internet, but I bought it directly in the store and immediately took it to the place. They were assembled together, it took 1.5 hours to assemble the frame, and about the same time for polycarbonate coating, but already three.

There were lugs in the kit, but we did not use them. The frame was installed on a larch beam 10x25 cm. The tree itself was soaked three times with used oil. Dug half the thickness into the ground. Polycarbonate sheets were fastened not with screws, but with a metal tape so that it could be easily dismantled. All holes are filled with lithium grease for tightness.

It is produced in Belarus and the Russian Federation. They brought from one warehouse in one machine. The wall thickness of the profiles is 1 mm, and not the declared 1.2 mm. The same story with polycarbonate. They promise a density of 0.7, but good if 0.55. Polycarbonate 4 mm thick manufactured in Belarus, as indicated on the protective film, although resellers swore that the production of the Russian Federation.
Now about the design itself. Metal and galvanization are of high quality, and several arcs were also in oil. All bolts, nuts, self-tapping screws are present in the required quantities in as many as five boxes. The instruction is incomprehensible and it is not needed. The assembly resembles a game with a designer, all holes are drilled, it remains only to insert and tighten.
