I ordered the Osnova greenhouse, in exchange for my previous one, which was sold by a snowdrift this winter. I deal with windows myself, and our offices are next door. The manager Olga Kalinina, the sweetest girl, a very good, experienced specialist, technically competent and attentive to the wishes of customers, advised me to choose the Osnova greenhouse as a replacement for a broken one. I did not order the installation, I decided to assemble it myself, because I myself was "with my hands")) .... and I was quite amazed at how well thought out and well-made a set of frame parts was.
Actually, the delivery was clearly at the appointed time of the indicated day, to the Rekshino gardens, which are 25 km from the city. I myself was almost late to meet the delivery, thinking what would happen as always ..wait in the morning - bring in the evening, here is clearly on schedule. The installation manager warned on the eve, the driver reminded me, already heading to the appointed place. The delivered kit was packed with adhesive tape and equipped with shipping gaskets against damage during transportation.
I don’t read the instructions in principle, but I immediately lost the assembly instructions for the frame, a couple of times I wanted to clarify some points during the assembly and the instructions were not enough, but the technical design is well-designed and I easily coped with the assembly myself. He collected everything alone, help was needed only to throw the edge of a sheet of polycarbonate, the wife helped.
And so ... I collected and rejoiced)), everything fits, the holes match, the fasteners are good, high-quality, galvanized, and, most importantly, everything is galvanized, even a polycarbonate tape for fasteners. And the frame is galvanized after welding, galvanically assembled, as I suggested, because even welds and loops are coated with zinc. What I liked: Everything is thought out, you can assemble it alone. Everything fits, no need to drill, trim, bend, pound ...)
All welded joints are welded entirely "in a circle", very smooth, beautiful welding. I saw others partially boiled. The arches are bent technologically, without "creases", some manufacturers have such jams where the radius ends, and this weakens, and, in general, the former greenhouse could not stand in these places.
There are nice little things that I didn’t have on the previous greenhouse - door leaf abutment restraints, convenient double-sided handles, not “turntables”, a door fastening hook in the open position (I tied the stick with anything I got on the old one). Fasteners and instructions in a sealed bag, fasteners even with a margin.
Organization of the process is at its best, from order to delivery. Everywhere there is internal control and interaction. All communication managers and all questions can give information, accompany, and know, for example: where is the car, when will it arrive. Before ordering here, I traveled to many manufacturers, but made a choice in this company.
Value for money is the best! Many thanks to manager Olga Kalinina for conquering a reasonable approach to the client, her patience, responsibility and even human concern for a good result. In general, I am pleased with the choice, I wish the company prosperity and not lose the won high standards.
