Bamboo wallpapers reviews and opinions on their use

Everjade bamboo wallpapers should be glued by specialists.

I looked at the Everjade bamboo wallpaper for a long time in the store and still decided to purchase it. Their price is certainly high, but for natural materials, the price is appropriate.

The wallpaper was done neatly, the whole bamboo was smooth, smooth, nothing sticking out at the edges.

Gluing the wallpaper was hard, very difficult, they are heavy and tough. If there is a slight unevenness on the wall, then they will not fit snugly against the wall, so ideally for bamboo wallpapers you need to align the walls.

The usual glue for vinyl wallpaper does not help, the only thing with which my husband and I still managed to glue them is PVA glue, but even then they had to be kept for a long time. The second time I would not have taken up this.

The smell of bamboo wallpaper is pleasant, it smells of wood. They look stylish and bewitching, in general with taste. Well, and most importantly, such wallpapers will last much longer than ordinary ones.

Our apartment has a very small entrance hall, as a result of which, wallpaper at the level of the feet keeps getting dirty and damaged. So they changed them before every year, which is already quite tired.

Quite by chance in the store I drew attention to bamboo wallpapers, and then the thought came: not to re-paste the wallpaper completely, but only to cover the vulnerable part of the walls with the bamboo hallway. What we actually did.

The material is good - this is the most common bamboo, cut into planks and glued to gauze. The wallpaper is durable, when cutting it does not fall apart, does not fall apart, and indeed you have to work hard to tear off the bamboo from the substrate. Wallpaper can be glued with a special tool, but I personally fixed them with self-tapping screws and dowels (this way they can be removed without damaging the surface).

Bamboo wallpaper is beautiful, environmentally friendly and original!

We decided to design a living room in a laconic Japanese style. And this implies the use of natural materials in the interior (as at least should be in this oriental style). Therefore, we simply could not do without bamboo wallpaper. Of course, the price for them bites, and not every family budget allows itself to give 3,000 rubles, for one roll, with dimensions of 10mX90cm.

We purchased bamboo wallpapers in combination with natural fibers. Gluing them was no more difficult than ordinary vinyl or non-woven wallpaper. Such wallpapers are able to add a twist and originality to the design of the room.
The only negative that was noticed during operation is their low strength. In the place where the chair came into contact with the wallpaper a little tattered. And the rest, wallpaper made from natural fibers, delight us. This is a good option for green wallpapers.

Minuses
Expensive and easily damaged
