I didn’t doubt the strength, but, just in case, I protected it from falling into it dishes, cutlery, etc. I was happy about a good deep wash. In the yard in November and in you, in the morning I discover this!

The sink simply burst having received a through crack, through which, naturally, water seeps.

The manufacturer received the expected response to the claims from the head of the complaint department (I must say it is not very professional!):

I consulted about your case with our chief technologist and the conclusion remains the same.

Systematic tests carried out at our enterprise allow us to state that in this case there was an application of excessive physical exertion (shock and / or falling of a heavy solid object in the cup of the product). It is under such loads that cracks with multidirectional rays are formed, the vertices of which indicate the place of impact or the place of application of force.

Excessive physical activity (the fall of heavy solid objects and / or impacts) does not belong to production defects and are the responsibility of the consumer. There are no signs of manufacturing defects in this case.

There is a violation of the operating rules (Clause 5 of Section 5 of the Technical Data Sheet of the product).

So dear customers, be more careful than me when choosing plumbing.

Of course, I will change the sink, but if I save at least one person from buying Florentine products, then it’s already good.

bought a Lipsey 780 sink. installed without me. I look at her and sob the second day. What an idiot marketer thought of calling two completely different sinks Lipsey 780 and Lipsey 780 P by similar names. This is a very different installation of sinks !!! In sinks in different places, overflow was installed in 780 - in the center, in 780 R from the edge of the bowl. In different places, mounting holes for the mixer are marked at 780 - in the center, at 780 p - the edge of the sink.

Sinks are very different in ergonomics .. I chose the sink on the Internet catalog, wrote down the number, the seller in the store was mistaken in one letter !!! and issued a sink with a similar name, the installers without hesitation installed the sink according to the instructions, knocked out a hole for the mixer. Now in my new countertop there is a huge hole and a sink, which is very inconvenient to use because the mixer is not in the place where it was planned at all. !!!

The only way for me to buy another Lipsey 780 sink, not Lipsey 780 R. The difference in one letter cost me the price of the sink !! Do you understand the difference? Marketers of the company apparently do not see the difference !! So that a woman can choose a sink in an online store, she must put aside all things and spend a full week to figure out the differences !! and it is advisable to graduate from a university by profession !! The size of the hole in the countertop is so huge that you cannot replace the sink with another model if necessary - only change the countertop.

The choice of this sink because of its design, looks like a stone, it really looks stylish and expensive!
The plus was that on Skype there are very high-quality pictures that their managers make themselves. Therefore, they brought it. It looked as similar as possible to the photographs.
Installation is quite easy and simple, I think a man with more or less even hands will cope for one or two!

After half a year, it began to smell a little, cleaning with various means removes the problem for a while, then the problem may return, although I monitor the washing itself regularly and continuously.
In terms of strength, everything is super, I also note that the Florentine sink is quiet.
I do not like that the sink turns slightly white if you leave the included hot water in a powerful stream for a while. So I do not advise leaving frozen food in the sink, and then drastically turn on hot water, washing will be bad!
