Courage collection - the quality is very mediocre!

I myself am a builder and do the repair in the house myself. About the tile manufacturer Jade Ceramics did not know anything. They chose it because the bathroom was made in purple tones, and at the time of repair of another tile in this color for a reasonable price there wasn’t.

After I got to work, I realized it was better to wait or buy another, albeit not in color. To begin with, the sizes walk in a fairly wide range up to 3 mm. Starting from the second row, I had to lay the tile not on the crosses, but on the eye, so that the corners at least somehow coincided. I thought I would make the cladding in a day, and it took me three days to transport it.

In addition, the tile is poorly cut, constantly cracking out of line. If it weren’t for the unique color, we would have returned all the remnants and bought a new one, and so I had to suffer. As long as the floor behaves normally, it does not crack, the glaze does not climb, but we have been using it for only a year.

Impressions of the quality of the tiles Jade Ceramics are rather unimportant

Unfortunately, my daughter made repairs in the bathroom by choosing tiles from the kenzo terracotta collection, made by Jade Ceramics, without consulting me. Only after everything was ready they called me for an inspection. The quality of the tile turned out to be, to put it mildly, disgusting: extraneous inclusions, chipped corners, which the masters could not mask, the glaze cuts unevenly with some kind of waves. In addition, as the master said, there was a lot of battle, the tile itself is fragile, cutting its sheer torment immediately bursts. I was convinced of this when I wanted to drill a shelf for soap and shampoos. Even a special drill for a tile did not help, the tile started a crack. I had to install the shelf not where it is convenient, but at the joints of the tiles. I do not recommend using such a tile.

To repair the porch in the house, I needed tiles of a certain size. 33x33. A similar size in economy class tiles was found only in the manufacturer Jade Ceramics. The Hermes collection came up in all respects, both in price, in size, and in design. A discreet, non-marking surface on tiles specially designed for external use.

In the purchased lot, the tiles did not differ in color. Perhaps because only 3 packs were bought. In a pack of 11 pieces, there was no battle. The packaging contains detailed instructions for both styling and care. Tile was laid easily, in the joint. It was also easily cut by a grinder that there were no chips in the drawing at the cut points. I was satisfied with the quality. In winter, the tile wintered normally. Glaze exfoliation was also not observed, the surface itself was not slippery.
