New Water employees are not competent. I bought, paid for the order 05/18/19-218 in the online store New Water filter with delivery to the region. The filter was not packaged, it was delivered to dpd for delivery. As a result of the stupidity of the New Water employees, the filter was delivered damaged and cannot be restored.

I do not recommend shopping in New Water.

We bought an apartment in a new house and faced a rather serious problem, the quality of the water in the taps was unsuitable for use. The husband insisted on installing the New Water main water filters.

Model A020 was installed on cold water, it cost us 1000 rubles (I think the cost is reasonable, completely not expensive). In addition to the filter itself, the following was attached: K100 cartridge, bracket and fasteners.

For hot water, a filter model A072 was installed, in which there was a K700 cartridge, it is able to withstand temperatures up to 80 C. This filter cost 3600.
Filters clean water well, only you need the honor that you can’t even drink such water! This is only a preliminary cleaning, which can remove all dirt from the water. It should be used only in a complex, along with other filters. Naturally I will advise, the water has become cleaner.

So my husband decided to install a filter at the inlet of the water supply. In other words, we bought the New Water main filter A020. The specialists installed, they quickly did their job. Such a filter is designed for pre-treatment of water or as it is also called "coarse". With its help, the service life of all plumbing is increased.

This model is sold in a transparent case, thanks to this you can see everything that is happening inside and in what condition the cartridge is. By the way, you need to change it once every six months.

The filter has a button with which you can relieve pressure. Permissible pressure is possible up to 0.8 MPa, temperature from 5 to 35 degrees. Good performance - 10 liters per minute.

My family used to use only Aquafor jugs, but the quality of cleaning and the cost of removable cartridges made me think that I needed to look for something new. So I bought a filter from the manufacturer "New Water" O500. Water quality is noticeably better than after a pitcher filter. Yes, and for money it is much more profitable. You only need to spend money once, and during operation it pays off quickly.

Cartridges change 1 time in about half a year. The first time I was shocked by the dirt that I saw on old filters. They all turned from white to dark dark brown. A separate crane is allocated for this system. The only drawback of the system is that it takes up a lot of space under the sink. But you quickly get used to it, and then its effectiveness overrides all the inconveniences.

There was a cooler for drinking, I had to constantly order bottles, it costs one 200 rubles, but it is not enough for a long time. So they began to look for a replacement, in the store I paid attention to the “new water” 0500 water purification system. I showed it to my husband and immediately decided to take it. The warranty on the filter is 2 years, the husband did the installation on his own, he didn’t get it right the first time, so entrust this matter to professionals better. But in the end, he coped with the task.

The system is 5-speed, purified water runs on a separate tap, its pressure is good. The water is incredibly tasty and clean. There is not a hint of scale on the kettle. By the way, a huge plus in this filter is that all its components are inexpensive. The price of the filter is 50 rubles; in total, you need to change them 3.
I have been operating it for more than 2 years, I advise that the quality is checked for its health. Now I'm not afraid to drink tap water.
